misunderstanding between free updates versus free upgrades We offer free updates (minor bug fixes, feature improvements, etc.), but not free major upgrades to newer software versions I was able to find our email correspondence with *** *** from It looks like we responded to his email, but he never responded back after that.When we released *** (a major upgrade from *** 6) our upgrade policy was as follows:If you purchased *** after September 1, then you are entitled to a free license upgrade (Note: This means we did give free upgrades to anyone that purchased *** within months of our major upgrade.)If you purchased *** before September 1, then you are entitled to a discounted license upgradeIf you do not wish to upgrade to Version 7, your Version license will remain effective in perpetuity.Since *** *** purchased his original license four years prior to the major upgrade release, he was entitled to a discount on the software, not a free upgrade.All that said, I can provide *** *** with two options:1) A free upgrade to *** * Desktop2) A free year of *** * Everywhere (where you can use *** on multiple devices and entitles you to upgrades as long as the subscription is active)It should be noted that we plan to release *** in Qof 2016.Please let me know how *** *** would like to proceed.Kind regards,Bill C***

I called [redacted] today and let him know that we attempted to process the refund but were unable to because the card we had on file was expired. [redacted] provided his PayPal...
account and we sent him his requested refund today.
Unless we hear otherwise we consider this matter closed.

Great software. Easy to use for the novie and an incredibly powerful tool for the more advanced computer user. I have only recently discovered it but I will certainly recommend it!
Great company, with great secure products. I always recommend RoboForm to my family and friends, and have been using their products for 3 years.
Review: I purchased Goodsync, a software program from Siber Systems. This license entitles me to use the program on one computer. Recently I upgraded my hard drive on the machine for which it was installed and now they are requiring me to buy a new license for the product.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their license agreement and allow me to install the program on my new hard drive. Or they can refund my money, it is their choice.

Review: Hello, pardon my grammar for I am Dutch (the Netherlands, not Germany which is Deutch) this is also a security issue and contract issue perhaps.I was sold (and I payed for-) a lifetime 'membership' to siber roboform (form filling software) and then suddenly an upgrade should be payed again.Now, I was happy with my version of siber systems roboformAlthough it kept nagging that there was a version NOTHING was written/said that would cost me moneyLogical, I allready was 'a lifetime meber/buyer'After the upgrade from windows to roboform did not work.'Solution' (for some, others report that does not do the trick!) in oktober security online month: disable enhanced security in IE !!!!The problem was and is that I can not log in on many websites now, since the form would do thatIt seems I can not rememeber 200+ URL's, names and passwords.It is not right imo that I should pay for using my data, being told I have a lifetime ehhh 'license / mebership' to the product I bought, sibersystems roboform for pc and usb stick.Desired Settlement: Like it was made clear to me, I expect a non-cost upgrade to roboform version ??? that works with windows and IE at no cost.Also I find it VERY weird one should de-crease security for this product to work.In the EU / Netherlands where I live it is even a possible breach in contracts, about internet banking matters, where one should only use a 100% up to date pc with up to date software, anti virus (not FREE but paid) malwarez suite, and certanly NOT a tuned-down browsesecurity settin

In a mail to me (not in the text to Revdex.com) they also say that they will put customers/services/transparency in priority nowI.elike telling BEFORE that a new version will not work with win xx, or browser xx and therefore you have to buy a new version, now you only know that after the fact
