came and again requested a sixteen inch for a 2005 [redacted] from one of our staff members. The staff member sold the gentleman a sixteen inch wheel. He came back later that day and informed us that he was mistaken and did not have a sixteen inch wheel and that he needed a seventeen inch wheel. At that time we informed him that we did not have a sixteen inch wheel for his vehicle. Customer then wanted to return the sixteen inch wheel and we accepted the return and charged him a return fee of twenty percent as posted on our wall and posted on the customers sales receipt. Our reasons for return fees are our extra time to re-inventory the part, tag, and locate the part. Also for credit card fees. At the time the gentleman had no complaints about the twenty percent return fee. The following day the gentleman's wife called us and was the one who complained about the twenty percent return fee. We told her the same information that he had originally ordered a sixteen inch wheel for the vehicle.
