Dear Revdex.com,In reference to complaint number [redacted] On 7/24/customer called us and requested a sixteen inch wheel for a [redacted] We told him we had one for forty five dollarsAt that time the customer never ordered the partThe next day on 7/25/14, the customer came and again requested a sixteen inch for a [redacted] from one of our staff membersThe staff member sold the gentleman a sixteen inch wheelHe came back later that day and informed us that he was mistaken and did not have a sixteen inch wheel and that he needed a seventeen inch wheelAt that time we informed him that we did not have a sixteen inch wheel for his vehicleCustomer then wanted to return the sixteen inch wheel and we accepted the return and charged him a return fee of twenty percent as posted on our wall and posted on the customers sales receiptOur reasons for return fees are our extra time to re-inventory the part, tag, and locate the partAlso for credit card feesAt the time the gentleman had no complaints about the twenty percent return feeThe following day the gentleman's wife called us and was the one who complained about the twenty percent return feeWe told her the same information that he had originally ordered a sixteen inch wheel for the vehicleShe was not happy and told us we could not charge the return fee.Sincerely, Sibum's Auto Parts Inc
