I have repeatedly had problems with Sic em Delivery overcharging me for delivery servicesThey claim that the receipts they email their customers are proper receipts but they do not adjust them to match the receipts from the business a delivery is coming fromDrivers are supposed to take photographs of receipts from restaurants for accounting to adjust the descrepenency between what the customer was charged through their website vsWhat the order actually cost upon pick upThey have failed to fix these price descrepencies numerous times and because they do not give customers proper receipts I cannot even tell to what extent I am being over chargedI know for a fact that I have been overcharged several times because the settled charge (not the preauthorization charge) on my card matches the amount on receipts for orders that came to me incomplete- making it very clear that I was charged for items that I never receivedI’ve tried at least three times to call and have these problems

I was visiting a friend in Waco on August 9th and we used the service to order some *** ***My friend *** had a free delivery voucherWe ordered our food with tip came out to $I had two charges on my Visa Card One for $and another for $I was told that the one would change to the final amount and the other charge would drop offHowever both items cleared and I waited two weeks to see if they'd ever reimburse my moneyMy friend called to see about getting my funds transferred back to my account however this never amounted to anythingAt this point I have overpaid for my foodI have paid $They offered my friend a credit but he's moving back to Austin and this doesn't give me my money back

Good afternoon, I am the financial officer for Sic'em Delivery. Attached first is the image of our Refund policy viewable at the checkout screen on our websiteThis helps to ensure to our customers we can fix any order error the day of the delivery. The second attached image is your
Torchy's itemized receiptPlease review and ensure that you received each of those items on that date. The way our Custom Order menu works is that the dispatcher places an estimate of what we expect to pay at the restaurant, and any additional value spent at the restaurant is the remaining 2nd charge which you can see in the 4th attached imageOur driver spent a value of $at Torchy's Tacos, and we charge a $delivery fee with an optional 15% tip to the driver. There is a 15% markup on our custom order menu, and a 22% markup on all of our non-partnered restaurants that you can see in the 3rd attached image. Your final total is $60.02, with $in food sales, a $custom service charge for our markup, and a $tip that was paid to the driver (my dispatcher gave you a free delivery fee). Because they have ignored the entire point of my complaintI and every other customer have no way of knowing Bat we’ve been properly reimbursed just as they never know if they have been properly charged in the first placeSic ‘em takes pictures of the receipts from the restaurants they deliver from but the customers NEVER get to see those receipts for their own orders because sic em does not forward those imagesThey do not send their own revised or updates receipts when orders are changed! As a consumer Heir customers have a right to see what they are actually being charged for! They should be given proper receipts to be able to check that sic em hasn’t effectively been stealing from them! My problem is not the numerous times I’ve had to call to be reimbursed because totals and charges didn’t add up, my problem is that sic em does not give proper receipts to their customers and they REFUSE toThe only explanation for such a practice that I can think of for being so against doing something as simple as giving their customers properly itemized Receipts’s is that they do not want customers to have records to compare against sic ems chargesNo customer can ever know they’re being properly charged or reimbursed because sic em does not provide adequate receipts or recordsI’m just supposed to hope that the people who have repeatedly over charged me have properly reimbursed me just on blind faith and they’ve lost that level of trust by repeatedly improperly charging meThe problem is that they are doing this to every customer and while I am one person and they may have only taken a few dollars from me here or there it’s not okay for a c MHey any to do this on such a grand scale to all of their customers and keep them all in the dark about where their money is actually goingI have dealt with their customer service several times before filing this complaint but it was all so unsatisfactory that it led me to filing his complaintNot giving customers proper receipts is an unacceptable business practice

Good morning! I have attached files to this email. We are a delivery service company, that allows customers to use our website to create food and grocery orders from restaurants and businesses around WacoThe customer has a the right to tip on the website, and at the door on the
app. However, we have now removed this function from the app, seen in the first attached imageThe software company that supplies us the app allows the customer to hit a signature button and to add an additional tip if they desire before they finalize the order with a confirmed customer signature. It is on this screen the additional tip used to be allowed, and there was not a way to verify who added the tip, either the customer or the driver (the driver is not supposed to add a tip, only the customer). The second attached image is the actual complaintWe responded to this customer instantlyThe PDF Order Confirmation shows his original order with the additional $tip the driver must have added without the customer's consentThis driver has been reprimanded and put on probationThe second PDF "Order Fixed" shows the $discount added to this customer as a refund on the same credit card to ensure he was not paying extra. We hope this helps resolve this case, and we currently no longer allow additional tips at the door through the app due to no verification of who added itIt is very frustrating as a business owner and operator to be told of situations like thisWe put all drivers through a week-long training process, and have a termination process when they violate rules stated in their contract. This company authorizes charges without explicitly telling the consumerI found out that the driver took out additional tip money without my consent! It is so upsetting that this is allowed and without being double checked for accuracy or anything! I am a regular costumer and it is so sad that I have experienced thisI am probably not the only one! First drivers are rude to me and now they take additional tips without my permission? This is outrageous!

#***I have personally handled this customer complaint, and ensured she got her entire refund on her messed up orders.I also submitted to answers to this Revdex.com complaint, and each time I submitted the explanation the website would only show the loading wheel and never update my response. We
believe it is not proper to allow this Revdex.com complaint to remain on our business profile since I have personally contacted this customer and refunded her for all her incorrect food totals, and also spent a day's worth of time and going through each of her placed orders through our system for the calendar year to ensure she also got all her tip values credited back to her account that she said she did not authorize. Perhaps the website timed out each time I made my explanation, but I would like another chance to respond to this Revdex.com complaintAgain, I have answered this customer twice, and she has not been charged again.
