After spending over $4,325.oo in repairs to roof and sky light. I have major water leak coming from skylight in bathroom. I have major water leaks after spending over 4,000 dollars. I called contractor, and told me he would be out the next day, and never showed up. I called him again and it went to voice mail. I also emailed him and got no response.Desired SettlementI am seeking for him to come out and fix my leak in the skylight in my bathroom. Both skylights were replaced so it should not be leaking.Business Response I acknowledge that during the first call it was agreed upon that someone would go and fix the leak the next day. The problem was that on that day it was raining so there was nothing we could do. I then made multiple calls to the number that I was previously given but the call would never go through. I then received an email and replied with the request of him calling me. I then received a second email and I once again replied with the same request. After that I was never contacted again. I then decided to take the risk of going to his house without knowing if he would be there or not. The leak was fixed on that very day and it was on that day that I also learned he had changed his number and that was why the calls never went through.Consumer Response All has been settled by the comany and they are in good standings.Final Consumer Response
