I placed an order for delivery and got Sesame ChickenI was eating the food when I discovered a Bug cooked into my riceI called to complain and asked for my money backI asked for the driver to bring me my money back because I dont have a carThey refused to bring my money backDo not eat here they are nasty and the customer service is horrible!!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[They did not offer any resolution here. The only thing I saw here is denial. Are they denying that they offered me another pair of wheels for half price or are they denying that the hub broke and caused me to crash and almost got ran over? they had the wheels in their possession. how could they deny that it failed? Here are text from the email trail below. I understand that [redacted] is no longer with the company, so does that mean everything he said via email and the Warranty manager told me over the phone are false accusations?
