Customer got the item exactly as described clearly in the listing, then wanted to return it long after the return policy had expired Our return policy is clearly listed If the return would have been done in a timely manner it would have been no problem I`m guessing the customer didnt read the title or description posted on the listing No further action will be taken

Dear sir.When our staff encounters an individual who is being abusive they are instructed to hang up the phone Our employees purpose is to HELP but we do have a strict policy on harassment here They are not doormats here to be walked on and thats exactly where the line is drawn I`m not suggesting that is what happened on this latest call you are describing because I honestly dont know I only know that you resorted to some pretty rude statements the first time you called here because I listened in on that call This makes me wonder how this latest conversation could have gone We make probably the only aftermarket shift knob made specifically for your car and I dont know what part you didnt like From what I can tell, you never really said Perhaps it was the color of the silver inlay I honestly dont know but its an honest product hand made in the USA with real American hands And you got the exact same knob and retainer kit that was in the picture, just as you saw it in the picture when it was mounted to a Cshifter I`m happy to make this easy and send you a replacement knob directly if you want (even if its in a custom color) or you can send it back for a refund As far as calling us on the phone again, lets not bother Not sure why you called last time or why you called when I had already authorized the return Seems like communication via phone is strained at this point So if you dont want it send it just send it back like I told you in the last email and I will refund you when it gets here -Steve
