I explained that I could fax or email a copy of my bank statement showing the charges and that were paid to themThey insisted there is nothing they can do besides submitting another purchase which would bill me againI asked to speak with a supervisor and at first I was denied that optionAfter I insisted, they transferred me to a line that no one picked up after minutesI spoke to my bank and they said it would take days to dispute the charges
