Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
When buying a used car reliability is the main concern and in order to ensure it I purchased a car not from a random seller but from a dealership that has the state issued license which means certain rules and regulations are followedI trusted the integrity of S.I.D motors dealership and as a response I get even more disappointed by the fact that the dealer dares not to tell the truth not only to me but also to the public stating he didn't know anything about the frame damageAs I mentioned before I will state it again , the condition of the car is announced
during the auction sale; as the dealer was the buyer at the auction he knew what he was buying! This can definitely be traced and confirmed
The dealer told me the car was in a minor accident pointing at some small dent on the right side of the vehicle, he also said he has changed the oil and the breaksWhen I asked him to give me a full report of the maintenance for several times he only confirmed the same response and ensured I have nothing to worry aboutThe tiers were also in a bad conditionEven so, I agreed to purchase the car with the value of $The fact that he returned me $is not comparable to the actual value of the carAfter I replaced the tiers with new ones according to Carmax report it is $It is clear he paid so much less to get the car from the auction and mentioning the market value is $is an absurdI am obviously fooled by the state authorized dealership and I would definitely like to have some public attention here as this is not the first time S.I.D motors gets customer complaints

S.I.D. Motors really cares about its reputation and that's why I am responding to this complaint. On April 301h 2014 I was told by customer that she had tried to sell car for...

$7200 and was notified by prospect the car had been in an accident. I had done repairs to the vehicle and customer was aware of repairs I had done to the vehicle. I allowed customer to take vehicle before sale to get inspected for any possible damages. I was unaware of the frame damage but when customer signed documents it clearly stated that is a possible defect with used cars and that they are sold as-is. I told her I would compensate her for the frame damage due to an error on my part. We spoke and we agreed that I was to pay her $500 for damage on vehicle. I asked her if anything was-wrong with vehicle and she stated it was running great with no issues. Customer agreed to terms, cashed check and I thought that was it. Now customer has filed complaint even though we had spoken and agreed on a refund. Retail Value on the car was around 8k when she purchased it. I sold it to her for $6300. The car has no issues and that is what we strive for at S.I.D. Motors. She purchased a reliable car with no issues at a low price. The reason she stated she wanted to sell car was because she wanted a newer car. Never mentioned any issues with the car.
