On July 20th, Ms*** and her roommate gave notice to vacate their apartment at the Gallery Flats Apartment building owned by Sidal Realty. The notice was to take place at the end of their lease which was on September 26th, Ms*** also rented an outdoor parking stall for $
per month. When she gave notice to vacate both the apartment and the parking space they became available to be rented by anyone else. The parking stall was subsequently rented out to an incoming residentMs*** decided on September 17th that she and her roommate wanted to remain in the apartment and rescinded their notice to vacate and stated that they wanted to renew their leaseThey were sent their renewal offers generated by our property management softwareMs*** went to the website for residents to renew their lease online and signed the new renewal leaseThe lease was then sent to the Resident Manager of the property for a countersignatureWhen the Resident Manager reviewed their renewal lease he noticed that the parking stall incorrectly showed up on the lease along with the $chargeHowever their parking spot was no longer available due to it being rented outThe Resident Manager did not countersign the lease due to this error and notified the Residents that we would be drafting a new lease without the parking spot on there for them to signAfter this error was fixed they did sign a corrected renewal lease on September 27th, which was countersigned and executed by our Resident Manager. They are being charged appropriately per the lease that was signed by both Ms*** and her roommate as well as countersigned by our Resident ManagerThe original renewal lease sent to Ms*** was incorrect and caused by a bug in the software system. Once Ms*** gave notice to vacate, the system should not have included that particular parking stall in the offer. Our software vendor is fixing that bug. We regret the incident but that particular parking stall was not available when Ms*** decided to renew and there no executed lease signed by both parties in existence

I am rejecting this response because:
According to the original lease I signed for October for twelve months as well as the response fro Sidal, I am being charged an additional $a month for this parking spot that has since been rescindedI am seeking for my monthly rate to drop $
