In response to Mr*** complaint, I agree that his complaint is validl bad situation was made even worse by the untimely *** winter weather
We are in the process accessing how to handle the crew who started Mr*** roofIt is never our practice to install roofs in the manner
in which this roof was done
Once my office was made aware of this, we immediately got a new crew assigned who came and shoveled and tarped his roofUnfortunately the weather didn't allow us to finish shingling so protecting against further damage was all that could be done that dayAs soon as weather allowed, we did finish the job
I personally met with Mr*** along with the sales representative and compensated him for his damaged furniturel also agreed to remediate his roof as soon as the weather permitted us to do soWe also agreed upon a sum to compensate Mr*** for the frustration associated with this situation
Mr*** agreed and also at that point he would contact you when all his issues are resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We have agreed to a refund for a portion of the amount paid, but I do not want this complaint removed from the Revdex.com until I have actually accepted a check for the amount agreed upon
