I’m writing in regards to the complaint against Side Bar Nightclub under ID #***Per the statement by *** ***, there was a verbal argument that ensued with a sub contracted DJ and one of my employees on the night of March 25th, After investigating this matter internally, we
came to the conclusion that our employee did not hold up the standards we strive for as a company and he was terminated a week later. I was told by my Office Manager *** who is attached on this email that you needed a written response on the matterPlease let me know if there is anything else you need on our end to re-gain our good standing with the Revdex.com. Thank you

Review: My friend and I were visting the night club for a night out, I used my Drivers Lic.and ATM card to hold an open tab at the bar. when we were ready to leave I asked to close my tab and the bartender stated that she gave my Drivers Lic and ATM card to someone other than myself, when ask why she claimed that she gave it to the people I was with without verifing weather it was me or not. I then said I wasnt with anyone other than the friend standing next to me. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager therefor stated these things happen rarely and there was nothing they could do for me other than for me to call my bank. This bartender purposely gave my identifactaion to a strager without my permision, and my ATM was being use at the facility while I was making my complaint, according to my bank statement. This was very stressful and I felt very violated.Desired Settlement: My desire would be that this bartender be terminated or reprimand for her actions, and for the facility owner/manger to take procautions so that this doesn't happen again. Side Bar should be held responsible if my identity is stolen, due to a stranger having my Drivers Lic/ATM card in there possesion

Review: I ordered some beers at this place and was charged for an order that wasn't mine. I was then removed from the bar when I tried to question my bill. This was extremely unprofessional on the part of the business. Other online reviews also seem to share my sentiment.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology as well as changes to the service.
