This company reports to have a phenomenal return policy or compromise to exchange items which is falseI tried to contact this company after I received the wrong curtain rods with my order ( an order which I was also not happy with )I sent numerous emails and called several times but got no replyDo not do business with this company!

This company states on their website "If you make an error or change your mind on what curtain you desire, what we offer is simply our willingness to do WHATEVER we can to make you happy! This includes resizing or remaking your curtains in a different fabricIn these instances, we merely ask that you pay a small fee for the reworking of your productThis will be determined on an individual basis." I paid $for sheer curtains that ended up not working out for my homeI called them the NEXT DAY, so within days (not even weeks) of receiving the curtains, and was told they would not refund my money even though I was willing to trade out for a different fabric of curtains through them The guy on the phone tried comparing why he couldn't replace my curtains with an example of "if painters coming to your house and you decide you didn't like the color they wouldn't paint over it..." That is completely unprofessional and not at all close to the issue at handSo be aware that this company is lying on their refund policy pageThey refused to refund or replace my curtains No wonder they have an F from the Revdex.com! Stay away from these unethical people

I ordered sidelight curtains for our new home. All orders include "free" rods. The order was sent in an envelope that was torn in shipping and the rods fell out before reaching me. I sent an email immediately along with a photo of the envelope with the "damaged" notice from the USPS. No reponse so I sent another email the next day from their website. I explained the problem and was told the replacements would be sent out right away. A week later and no rods so I called the company. The person who answered told me they were sent First Class and he had no ieda when they would arrive. Another week went by so I called again. This time he was even ruder than the first, wouldn't let me speak and told me in effect that he wasn't going to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the owner of the company. He told me they do not keep track of their orders and not being able to hang up the sidelight curtains wasn't the end of the world. It boggles the mind that this is how a business owner provides customer service.

I paid $68 for 2 sheer curtains that ended up not working out for my home. I called them the NEXT DAY, so within 2 days (not even weeks) of receiving the curtains, and was told they would not refund my money even though I was willing to trade out for a different fabric of curtains through them.
