I placed an order on 12/5/and received an e-mail confirming for my orderAs of today, 12/13/I have not been able to reach anyone to get an update on my orderI've called Sideline MVP several times and the line is always busyI've also tried reaching them by e-mail with no responseThis company has a pending charge on my credit cardI contacted my credit card company to cancel this pending charge, but they can't do anything until the charge posts to my account.This company must be out of business or a fraudDo not trust this company

I ordered a door knocker from this site for my boyfriend for Christmas I paid with PayPal days the order sat pending I emailed and tried calling every number on their site all numbers were busy every time I tried I emailed them to see when the item would clear and ship now worried how close to Christmas it is getting No response The next email I get from them is that my order has been cancelled No reason This company is not legit in my book with horrible customer service

My experience was great with SidelineMVP and they had great customer service and friendly staff. Purchased a few gifts for tailgate weekend for the big game and everything was delivered within 2-3 days. I will be purchasing again from them and there prices are great. Thanks sidelinemvp

I have had nothing but a great experience with SidelineMVP. I have ordered from their for over 8 years now and have saved myself a lot of money over the years with their prices. The items I order usually ship out within 1-2 business days and arrive by UPS in a couple days. I have never had any issues and will continue to do business with them.

I contacted my credit card company to cancel this pending charge, but they can't do anything until the charge posts to my account.This company must be out of business or a fraud. Do not trust this company.

Review: KC Chiefs helmet was purchased via internet 12/11/14. Item is too small. Have been attempting to contact the company via phone ([redacted]), listed on their website. No response to 3 phone calls with message left of contact info. Email sent to admin address listed on web site, with no response. Have yet to speak to a human. Supposed deadline to return item is 1 jan 15, today is 12/31/14.Desired Settlement: accept return of merchandise that is totally unscathed, and Credit charge return.

Review: I ordered a full size NFL Helmet in a case on the twenty third of July On the twenty Fourth of July I talked to a check name Michelle , she stated that I would need a extra 5.00 if I wanted a special engraving .I told her that would be fine and to take it from the debit card I used. She also stated that she would send a tracking number to my email which she did not. They took 125.00 from me knowing that their company had complains. I would just like my money put back on my card or just deliver the package. I have left. 15 messages on different numbers with no response.Desired Settlement: Or please have them put my money back on my card.

Review: On 25June13 I placed an order for merchandise for $525. After 6 weeks I received a partial order when the shipping was 2-6 business days. I called and spoke to someone once, was told I would get a call back and never did. I left numerous voicemails and emails to have one reply on 12Aug13 stating the balance of my order would be shipped asap. I have yet to receive my order. I've sent 3 emails since with no reply. As far as I am concerned, this company took my money, did not send all my order; that is theft. I have all my emails I sent and a phone listing of all my attempted calls leaving voicemails. I even explained in my emails that I understand things can go wrong. Not once have I ever dealt with a business that has no courtesy towards a new customer and shows no respect.Desired Settlement: I either want what I paid for by 20Sep13 or a check by mail for what I am owed.

Review: Ordered a golf bag online from this company on October 20th. After receiving a confirmation email, I noticed an error on the shipping address, so I called and spoke with a [redacted] at 11:04 am ET on 10/21. She corrected the error and said the item will be shipped. I have not received the golf bag yet. I called last Friday throughout the day and just got a recording. I left a message after their recorded message. Did the same today. Their Order Status/Track a Package phone number routes over the general recorded message. Debit card was charged right away on 10/20Desired Settlement: Need delivery of order soon, or full refund of debited amount of $137.94

Review: On 9/13/2013 I order 2 items from this company. ( Order # [redacted] ). Credit card charged for both but only received one.. After 10+ calls ( no response back) & just as many emails, I still have only received 2 responses, none of which they followed through with. Also tried calling number provided to get a RA# to return the one that I did get (faulty)..All I get at ###-###-#### is a recording to leave name & number, which I have done several times..Again, no response back from them..I still did NOT get 2nd item ordered.3Desired Settlement: Want my credit card credited for both items,& them send RA# so I can return the 1 item I did receive

Review: On May 2, 2013 I ordered 5 collegiate duffle bags totaling over $200, paid extra $15 for 3 day shipping and have not received any products, AND my credit card has been charged. I needed them by May 16 and today is May 14.Desired Settlement: Either send the duffle bags right away or refund my money to the credit card charged

Review: I ordered products from sideline MVP on 12/17 online they depted my acct . have not received items. I've sent them an email and have called numerous times and left message to callback. They never answered on any call. Would like to receive product or get a refund.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive items or get a full refund.

Review: I ordered an item from this company on Sept. 25th. It is now Oct. 23rd. I have yet to have a phone call or an email answered on this issue. Sent them 2 emails and called and left multiple messages. No one ever answers their phone. I am wondering if they are really even a business.Desired Settlement: My bank has filed a claim against them and I would like it to be settled. My bank has refunded me the funds already.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] grill cover in May 2014, the company advised me 24 hrs later that the item was discontinued and I would receive my refund within 3-5 budiness days. However I did not receive my refund for $37.94. I emailed the company again who reassured me it would be back in my account by the end if that week. I still have not received my refund and I emailed the company again on Saturday Sept 20, 2014 and I have not heard anything or received anything back yetDesired Settlement: I want my full refund as we as additional compensation for the HUGE inconvenience and lack of customer service they have provided me.
