After buying a license for Windows 7, I was asked to complete a survey/review about the transaction (at Resellers.com), and in return I was told that I would receive a $Gift CardI gave a review (good, as I received what I had bought nearly immediately (download of the operating system followed by email delivery of the license registration number)It has been two years and after countless communications (all not responed to) I have still not received the Gift Card promised---exercise caution dealing with themcheck out their web site pages, they are quite anonymous and impossible to talk to anyone (by email, phone or chat) about anythingDeception is their gameI have documented the business transactionI have informed them I was going to start complaining prior to this posting

Review: Purchased a refurbished laptop. Product was defective. Returned the product. I have proof of return. Company refused to refund of purchase price and shipping charges. Spoke with customer service 6 times. Still refused to respond. This company practices false advertising and deceptive sales practices.Desired Settlement: Refund of $141.76 which is the price of the product $119 and the shipping charges of $22.76 I had to pay out of pocket to return the product.

Review: I have ordered three separate times from the Side Micro within relatively short time. They advertise on the website that when you order software, like Microsoft Office, you will receive a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) making a product legitimate. After my last purchased I contacted the customer service, in December of 2014 and asked them politely to mail me COA for the products I purchased. I was told, no problem and that I will have them within a week.

It has been a month and I have not received anything in mail. I called and email them multiple time. Left a voicemail but on one ever got back to me. Sent another email and no response at all. I called Microsoft to find out if Side Micro is their legitimate partner, as they claim on their website. To no surprise, they are not.

I researched this organization to only find out that I am not the only one with exactly the same problem. Apparently this is their practice to deceive clients right from the start.

I do not know what else I can do, other than filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send me the certificate of authenticity for the software purchased.

Review: I bought windows 7 professional upgrade and they never sent me the product key. I could not activate the product with Microsoft.

This company took my payment and will not supply the necessary activation key, will not contact me.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card or provide a legitimate activation key
