I was interested in an apartment and was being assisted by an apartment locatorWe went to their location and I started filling out their application on their pcI ran into an issue trying to continue with the application and one of their employees by the name of *** *** came over to assistAlong with assisting with the issue,the employee took it upon herself to forge my initials and signatureShe completed the application and I had no idea what was agreed upon in the applicationAfterwards I received a response that I was declined and they're deducting $from the $I provided as depositThis took place on 2/11/and I'm yet to get the correct amount backI escalated to their corporate office and nothing has been done
I've lived here for years, and believe me, it has been years too long I have issues that have STILL not been addressed, even though I have submitted multiple requests both through their online system and by complaints in the monthly "customer review" emails that they send out The management are friendly, but it is a complete waste of time to ask for anything to be done I honestly don't even think that they fixed the roof since the first time I noticed it leaking during a rain storm over year ago
Today I received my "end of contract" notice We were planning on doing month to month for months while my boyfriend finishes his summer courses That won't be happening We have never been late on a payment, and their offer for month to month on our apartment is $more than our rent at the moment, not even including my garage That's almost 1/of our total rent Are you kidding? How is that even legal? Let alone, the rent price on our apartment increased $last time we signed a contract, and it was going to be over $more this time (had we even considered signing another) Their reasoning? Improvements to the community and apartments What improvements? You have to "rent" the room by the smaller pool for entertaining and it's a ridiculous amount for an amenity that should be free to use The community bbq grills are disgusting because the other residents don't clean up after themselves Just last week, the trash compactor was broken and everyone stacked their garbage around the bin The pools are constantly clogged with leaves and sometimes bottles that people leave in them The exercise room has a moldy smell The only improvements I have seen have been to the front office, which they get to enjoy Our apartment hasn't been renovated and you're telling me that I have to pay an additional $a month since the first contract we signed, just because you installed amenities that the "community" can use? I think not This place is a rip off Don't let the website and pictures fool you
