It is unfortunate, that Mrs*** has had difficulty in understanding the treatment plan that I have diagnosed for her, based on the condition of her teethWe do x-rays and a comprehensive exam on each and every one of my patients (without x-rays and comprehensive exam you cannot diagnose or
make a complete treatment plan) I spend at the least forty five minutes to one hour talking to each patient explaining the condition of their teeth and what treatment can be done to improve the patient's dental healthAlso explaining in detail what is covered and not covered under patients' dental insurance coverageAt this point do to HIPAA privacy act I am unable to discuss or disclose any treatment or condition of said patient. I do not agree with, Mrs***, complaint and her explanation to, B.B.Babout her treatment is not true
