company is still working on the repair it seems the repair is larger than they had first thought, I will let you know when work is completed

On this particular complaint, I frankly did drop the ballLast summer was very difficult as my lead siding crew for year was diagnosed with cancer, and other crews that I have are dealing with their own issuesWe did finally get a crew out in August after speaking to Mr Jennings, and had the work set upUnfortunately, it rained that day and they did not make enough progress to satisfy him.He requested on Thursday to have all the equipment and materials taken off his property or as he stated he will place them on the tree lawn and not be responsible for what happens to themHe informed us he did not want us doing any additional workI did not argue with him and I agreed to remove all the materials and equipment first thing Friday morning and it was complete.I did not ask nor would I for any monetary reimbursements on anything we had not completedHe was very upset and I have learned in over years in this business that it is not worth trying to force or fight with somebody after they have a bad attitudeI am not saying this was in any way, shape, or form his faultUnfortunately, with the circumstances being as they are, this occurred and for that I am sorry

Company responded by phone.Company representative states that they have gone out to the consumer's home and resolved the issues
