I did reach out to this customer to let him know we would be doing his project next week, we are back logged on repair projects as we are one of the few companies that do siding repair and the contract clearly states we have up to year to do the projectHe still wants to cancel his contract
Materials had been order and the back of the contract clearly states that if customer breaches his contract he is responsible for 25% of contract priceSiding Repair Systems will honor him cancelling his contract, but will not give back the deposit as materials were already ordered

The Weather has been too cold for us to paint the door if she can wait till Spring 2017, we have not had enough days over degrees to get this done and with as cold as it has been the paint will not adhere right and she will still have issuesWe would like this resolved as quickly as she does

we are sending a crew to Mr *** home today to take care of his various issues We have texted Mr *** to let him know

Yes our roofer is in Brazil but due back shortly we will have him look into itUsing plywood or OSB are acceptable roof deckingMy roofer did say that the trusses were spaced much further apart on his fabricated home than on a regular houseThe roof was put on by a certified roofer the way that
all roofs are appliedIf the problem is his trusses then I don't know what the solution is but our roofer will be out to look at it by the end of next week if not before

We gave this service to one of our work crews 2 days ago, to take care...

of the week of Nov 28th so yes it will be done by the 8th of Dec. The customer scratched through the paint on the door causing it to peel and we did agree to take care of it. We have a lot of customers still waiting on their projects to start, so yes they had to wait till we could free up a crew to do the service for the door that they scratched.

I apologize as this is our very busy time of year. We should be contacting Ms. [redacted] and setting up a time to come out later this week to resolve the issue.

We will get someone out to address this as soon as possible, I had given it to a crew to take care of and thought it had been done already, but apparently not. We are in for a lot of rain right now and we will try to have this completed by or before the Friday after Easter

Siding Repair Systems has not completed the work as discussed. We have not heard from them. They were supposed to do the work by Dec 8.

[redacted] is no longer with our Company and this is the first I have heard of this. I will be reaching out to the customer to go out and look at his issues so I can have a crew out to fix the issues[redacted] ownerSiding Repair Systems

I am rejecting this response because:  I do not feel that the response addresses the issue and he does not offer any real solution to my complaint except to have someone "look into the matter" when this person returns from Brazil.  I cannot understand why I have to wait for this particular person when this company is large and should have other roofing crews.
