I was informed by the warranty company that the
warrenty/guaranteed work expires as of January 8, So if I pick up my vehicle with third gear clutch gears not working as Jerry has stated, then he will not be responsible for his work and parts and I am out a vehicle and Jerry cash in on his faulty repairsI want proof that third gear clutch gears was replaced and working properlyMy jeep has been in and out Jerry's shop for past 2yrs, he's been paid for repairs that has NEVER gotten me home.
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Jerry at business (owner) said he fixed the vehicle  and it is under warranty. Called the consumer back on 12/19 and let them know the $100 check is under the visor and the vehicle is ready.  To date, the consumer has not picked up the car.
