I stay at *** suites from March til aug There was a odor in my apt that smell like sewageThe manager *** is very rudedoes not listen to any thing I have to say when there is a problem with aptdoes not fix anything.when it was hotside my ac never work right she finally sent maitance over and he came out and said its in your apt so your ac is working.it was very hot in there.after months of living there my mail was missingi call the post office and they said my mail was getting deliver there to ask the manager *** I did but she does not know anything..There was a guy that live above me he threw his tv out the window and other things glass all over the place and cause a firewas stuck out in the cold for hours until the fire was resolvedI had a enogh I got out in aug they put on my credit report flase damages that I never payOh iam so mad this is a horrible place to stay and I was treated horrible

I successfully booked a room through the sales office by phone on Thursday, June On Friday, the 24th, I show up to check inWhen my eviction record showed up, the management and staff yelled at me, stating that I shouldn't be there, I don't belong there, I have no business being thereThey called the office, min's later, I get my papers, all smilesI go to re-rent and the general manager approvedToday, I was expected a package and the front desk told them I wasn't thereIt was my father's death certificateRegardless of my history, profession, or anything else, NO ONE deserves to be treated so abominably

Before visiting a friend that was in Las Vegas this last weekend 7/31/I reserved a room at Siegel suitesMy pregnant daughter and I arrived late and a very nice gentleman checked us inWhen I went to the front desk in the morning to ask a few questions a vile woman named Jennifer said she would not give me any information because I was not a registered guestI informed her that I am registered I have a key and will get the information off the paperwork in the roomThis woman (Jennifer) from the front desk chased me down the hallway screaming at me that I was not registeredThen upon packing up to check out she threatened to keep my deposit if I was not out in minsI let her know that my daughter was finishing up and I will be accompanying her for the inspection so there were no discrepanciesThis behavior was uncalled forIt was humiliating and should never happen to anyoneI will never return and I will be letting everyone know about my experience there

BED BUG INFESTATION ON NOV. 8, 2014, AT [redacted] LAS VEGAS IN STUDIO. I called to be relocated on Sunday morning, but was told they'd get back to me. Still waiting...with over 60 FESTERING BITES! I just wanted to rest, but it's been horrible with BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER ME! And the pest repellants I bought don't help! I should have been relocated and given a refund/credit and money to wash all my sheets and clothes! Right?

Hector C[redacted], an employee at [redacted] Street, lied and was very rude to me and even threatened me.
He lied about me being evicted. He also threatened to throw me out an act of violence.
He was also rude to me in front of customers.
He also said that he can do what ever he wants because he was in charge.
He also broke the law not giving me the asked for many times lie about the eviction.
He yelled at me in front of customers.

His manager Sandra I believe her name is but I could be wrong, I do know it starts with an S. Backed Hector up in all his lies and rudness in front of the customiers 100%.
She also used the F word to me and I asked her why she is using sex words. She also did this in front of customers.
