We sent a technician to the address as stated aboveHe found a freon leak in the evaporator coilAt the time of service the leak was not badIt was only lbslow on freonThere was no reason to expect it not to last a couple weeks because the system holds 9-lbsof freonIf we had been given the opportunity to go back, at no charge, and look at the system we could have found out why it wasn't holding freonHowever, no one at [redacted] One Hour was ever informed that the air conditioning was not cooling againWe have hour service so it is easy to send someone out to check a system right away(We do not charge if we go back out on the same call again.) Mrs [redacted] wanted to get in touch with the owner, [redacted] , when she calledI, [redacted] , was out of town for a week at the time she called the officeHowever, managers are always in place during my absence from the officeThey are more than happy to step in and handle issues when I am gone.We stand behind our work and our employeesAll the technicians have been to school and I stand behind their serviceIf a customer is not pleased with our service, we work with them to find a solution or refund their money.I apologize for my daughter's interaction with you on the phoneWe have continuing education on customer satisfaction to ensure the best for our business and our customers' happinessWe will remove the charge from your account

There was no reason to expect it not to last a couple weeks because the system holds 9-12 lbs. of freon. If we had been...

given the opportunity to go back, at no charge, and look at the system we could have found out why it wasn't holding freon. However, no one at [redacted] One Hour was ever informed that the air conditioning was not cooling again. We have 24 hour service so it is easy to send someone out to check a system right away. (We do not charge if we go back out on the same call again.) Mrs. [redacted] wanted to get in touch with the owner, [redacted], when she called. I, [redacted], was out of town for a week at the time she called the office. However, managers are always in place during my absence from the office. They are more than happy to step in and handle issues when I am gone.We stand behind our work and our employees. All the technicians have been to school and I stand behind their service.
