Hired the services from Siemens to service and inspect our fire suppression system. We come to find out, after several service issues and hiring another company, that all risers, but one, were disabled and the email notification alarms were bypassed intentionally. This conduct is unacceptable due that we are paying for services that are not performed and putting the safety of our employees at risk.
