First, I just want to say that this is the first notice that I have received although the letter states that they have recently notified the businessI am in no way trying to avoid responding to the complaintThe customer came in and spoke with me about her situationI listened and was able to resolve the situation for herI apologized for the experience she had and assured her that that is not what our company is aboutThe Customer was very understanding and thanked me for taking the time to hear her out and fix her situationShe stated that that was all she wanted, to be heard and taken care ofI believe she left satisfied and content

2. She was notified verbally, and by documentation of her accompanying fees, as proven in her signatures agreeing to the pricing & options offered.
3. She received paperwork in Spanish AND English.
4. As shown in her signed paper work she was given options of how to receive her refund.
5. [redacted] received a refund of $8,692. Her fees totaled $606.75 exactly 6.9% of her refund which is hardly price gouging. Our fees are set by our Parent Company Liberty Tax Service HQ Virginia Beach, VA.
6. As shown in our attached documentation & pricing, we used 8 Federal IRS Documents to prepare her return and nearly 2 full hours to complete. There are DOZENS of examples of clients needing less or more IRS documents to prepare their returns. Those documents are as follows:
