This Company was contacted by my roadside assistance company at 313pm to pick up my carThey did not arrive until 630pmI called three times over the hours and each time was told the driver would arrive in minutes
When the driver finally arrived he told me that he only got the call hour prior to 630pm to pick up my carThe company changed drivers and never told me and only told me more minutes
The greatest problem is that my car was not delivered to the agreed upon destinationIt is now the morning after the towing and I have confirmed at 9am that my car never arrived to a destination that is only miles from my locationI called my roadside assistance company and they were not informed the United Towing Company never delivered my car
I do not know where my car has been all night and still do not know at this moment
