I am the new owner of Sienna Sun Spa as of September 3rd, 2016 and advised [redacted] that the previous owner was mailing out a check. This problem occurred prior to my ownership and I have no first hand knowledge of the original issue/dispute. [redacted] was advised that previous owner, [redacted]...

[redacted] said she would mail out a check and I simply relayed the message. ANY disputes prior to our ownership are not our issue at this time. Our contract states we did not purchase any of the debt or claims prior to our purchasing the business. Acting as liaison between [redacted] and previous owner was done so simply to help, not to in any way take ownership of the problem or responsibility of the monies owed. [redacted] should at this point reach out to [redacted] for a refund. Again, at this time Sienna Sun Spa is not responsible for the money owed, but the responsibility of [redacted] [redacted] Thank you
