Sierra 4x4 Trailers

Ordered a pair of fenders on 10/30/13 and never received them. They are not answering phone calls or emails. Ordered pair of trailer fenders on 10/30/13. I have called over 60 times in the last few months. They answered a handful of times, reassuring that they were shipping. I ordered a 4x4 trailer from Sierra 4x4 Trailers on 7/19/11. To this date the trailer has not been delivered. Request full refund. Trailer was ordered 7/19/11. It has been one excuse after another why the trailer has not been completed. I have made payments of $6,000.00 already; I want a full refund.Desired SettlementI want a full refund.

In July 2014 I paid 70% down (close to $5,000) for a custom built 4x4 trailer and [redacted](the owner) told me it would be ready in August. He told me many times that the trailer was being painted in another shop and that he would finish it soon, the last time was about two weeks ago when he actually was physically in his shop. He has never returned any of my phone calls or emails and he hasn't been at Sierra 4x4 trailers during business hours since then. He appears to be avoiding his current customers that he has collected money from. He DOES NOT complete his contracts or order that his customers paid for and is definitely avoiding them.After reading the previous complaints and talking to people locally that know him well, I can truly say that he is a con-artist and not a very good one.
