Sierra Auction Service and Trailer Sales

Review: Purchased a 2 horse trailer in cash on 3/4/14. We have not received registration, Title or license plates for the trailer. Sales taxes and DMV filing fees were paid.We have tried to talk to their person for DMV for 6 weeks. We have left our name and number each of the five times and have not been contacted. CA DMV has no record of the trailer in its system. We have no phone number to reach the person that needs to file the paper work to DMV. After my last complaint their counter person called the local Sheriff and stated that I had threatened him, a false claim. So now I will not enter the business at all. This was done so that he would not have to have me in there again. This shows that they do not intend to address my complaints without some form of outside interventionDesired Settlement: The DMV required paperwork to be filed So we can receive the title, Registration and License plates.

Review: I paid a 70.00 registration fee on march14,2013 when I purchased (in full)a Carry-on 2horse/stock trailer(vehicle id#[redacted] AND NEVER RECEIVED TITLE,REGISTRATION,OR PLATES FOR THE YEAR 2013. The annual registration should be due on the 14th of march 2014,and the CA.DMV has not sent me anything regarding this trailer which tells me that the fee or my information was never sent to the Ca. DMV. I have called the business 4 times & left messages with counter person and on the message machine. They are not returning my calls to resolve this matter. I will be penalized by Ca.DMV if this is not taken care of in the next few weeks. I would like to be reimbursed the 70.00 or have Sierra Auction follow thru with the registration and/or penalties fees!Desired Settlement: Sierra Auction should either refund my registration fee or send off the registration information to Ca.DMV so that I can use my trailer legally.
