These people sell defective cars.
I bought My 2003 [redacted] a Sierra auto Group in March 14, 2016.
While I was test driving the car I heard a weird loud sound, I told them that there was a weird noise and they were arguing in front of me one of them said yes, he heard the sound the other one said they was nothing wrong with the car, they were screaming at each other, and finally they brought the car to their mecanic and they told me that something was loosing under the car that what was making that noise, and they said they tightened it. And Swore to me that the Car was Good to go that I had nothing to fear. I paid a 1000$ down payment that day and they made me sign "no warranty papers" and made me sign a credit to pay the rest of the money in a monthly payment.
In August 1rst 2016,
4months and 2weeks later, while I was driving the car on my way to work, I heard a big boom! The transmission exploded while I was on the road driving, putting my LIFE in danger the fluid was flowing everywhere the car stopped running. I was scared and disoriented I sent the car to the Mecanic they said the transmission was broken, they told me that the dealer sold me that very bad car since the transmission in the car was not a good transmission and defective. They also advised me to change it.
So, I did take the bus for 2weeks to go to work.
My mecanic replaced the transmission, I spent more than a thousand dollar to replace the transmission and I still have the receipts with me.
Tonight again, when I left my job, the car ran out of power, I couldn't start the car. It was completely dead. I left it at my job parking lot,
I will have to pay someone to tow it and send it back to the Mechanic, I am spending thousand and thousands of dollars to fix the car while
I am still paying for the Car's Monthly Bill.
I wish I could stop paying for the bill and return the car.
I know they got me, and they won't take it back, I am stuck with the defective car, and if I stop paying it might affect my credit score.
I regret so much for having bought my car with them.
I regret so much for having trust them.
I regret So Much.
These people are just scammers.
They will ripe you off your money and give you a car that might take your life.
My daughter and I went looking for a used car. Our budget was around $2,500.00 to $3,000.00. We told the people there that we will pay cash. We do not finance!! They tried to have us finance a car. We believe in paying cash. We did not want to finance! They gave my daughter the run around for two days. They showed us 2 cars, but the cars in question were bad.. I will tell all my friends not to shop at Sierra Auto Group Inc
