Review: I drive a 1998 GMC Blazer that needed a intake gasket replaced. I paid 341.41 and the car made it 15 minutes or 15 miles called mechanic and he said he was on his way. They never showed up I waited 3 hrs and had to call a friend to pick me up. I broke down at 3:30pm 4-30-15 the mechanic called at 8:12pm said he didn’t see me. We made arrangement for the next day to have the vehicle picked up. It was towed back to the shop waited all day for a call had to call them to find out my motor had seized up they said its my fault which was totally wrong in the meantime I have to hitch hike pay friends for rides. Leave my house unlocked and he refuses to talk to me so I can get my keys. Help me resolve this matter and he has never offer any money back or compensation he owe at least a used or rebuilt motor. Desired Settlement: he owe at least a used or rebuilt motor.

Business states that they are currently saving up enough money to put a used a motor on customer vehicle even though the business is under no obligation to do it. The business only repaired the intake manifold gasket and the motor malfunction was due to oil starvation. The business asks consumer to be patient, if the consumer feels that is not reasonable they may proceed with legal action.
