The story of the plaintiff is not completely accurate.A) part was ordered within an adequate time period and had arrived on the day that customer was told. Part was pre paid for. It was a brake lever and cable.B) customer was notified the day it arrived, with no response, which was a Tuesday....

Customer was notified again, 3 days later, on Friday. Once again, no response.C) customers daughter called on Saturday, asking about the parts. It was explained to customers daughter that the parts had arrived on Tuesday. We had made two attempts to call with no response.D) We are closed Sunday-Monday. Customer showed up on Tuesday, to pick up parts. Customer wanted to get a refund or store credit, towards a pair of grips. E) I explained that it is very clear that we do not except returns on special order items, nor store credit. They insisted on getting a return or grips and. Customer couldn't  understand why we wouldn't take them back. I explained that this is not a normal part we would stock. And then asked why the part needed to be return.F) customer stated that they bought the part elsewhere and no longer needed this one. G) I told customer that I'm sorry but we can't help that. Part was here when promised and numerous attempts where made to contact them.H) customer said I was being rude. I said, customers like you, make me rude and we're not refunding for the part. Customer stated they'd never be back. I responded by telling them that is fine and that they can write whatever they want on internet.I) customer took all parts that where paid for and they still have them to our knowledge.
