I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I have talked with her and their contact person with this company,whom I have talked with last week.He said that we should have gotten a bill at this amount,and that it was being taken care ofHe asked why I didn't report them to you as well ?, I told him that you said you wouldn't do anything (office close to them)

To whom it may concern:
I am responding to a complaint from a customer/patient regarding our Company by our patient's husband. Patient was upset they received a bill from [redacted]; a company we use for random drug testing for quality medical care for our patients on narcotic...

medications. The patient felt I had not promptly called him back bu in fact had me confused with [redacted] company thinking I was their "salesperson". I work for the Medical Company the complaint was addressed to. I had also been on vacation. The patient's husband said he wanted to write the complaint against [redacted] for billing him but was told by the Revdex.com that the complaint would have to go against our Company because it was a medical issue.
I do also want to note that the letter from the Revdex.com was dated 10/10/14 and was received 10/21/14. I returned from vacation on 10/22/14, regardless, we would not have been able to respond within 10 days requested as we received complaint after the due date. I did call the Revdex.com and was told to speak with [redacted] x[redacted] and ask for an extension. I left a message on 10/24/14 asking for an extension but have not heard back from anyone.
In speaking with our patient's husband, I gave him our [redacted] representative to contact directly. I had spoken with this person prior to calling the patient's husband explaining the situation. He assured me that our patient should NOT have received that large bill from [redacted] and that he would speak with our patient directly to resolve this error.
Our company uses [redacted] for random drug testing only. The complaint should have been against them as we have nothing to do at all with [redacted]'s billing. When I spoke to the patient's husband he was very kind and said he had received a call from our company and also [redacted] had sent him some "hardship" paperwork to fill out and he felt the situation was rectified but he went ahead and reported this to the BBC as he hadn't heard back from Ameritxox on his paperowrk for his wife yet.
In wrapping this up, our patient's husband seemed to feel [redacted] was resolving their billing issue with them. He has a direct line to our Company's representative at [redacted] and my contact information for any future concerns.

Review: We have just gotten a bill from a out of state company for lab services, of which our insurance is to cover. But the person I'm told to talk with about it, refuses to talk to me/return calls. Her name is; [redacted] ?,of the billing department.Phone ###-###-####, The company in question is; Ameritox Medication Monitoring Solutions,bill amount and acct. #. to follow next step.Desired Settlement: To be told what it's for ?,or that it's been taken care of ?.
