I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me......with prejudice as this company eventually resolved this issue with compensation; it failed in customer satisfaction as it took too long to resolve the process.The entire process took approximately two months to resolve and during that time the company attempted to bargain its way out its responsibility by stating the that the jacket/shirt used as the replacement shirt as "old"; however, they failed in telling the entire truth as I explained to them; that the particular US Army issued shirt/jacket used for the replacement zipper was taken from a Flame Rdant Combat Shirt, and eventually upon my departure from the military service I will still have to return that shirt to Army regardless of its condition, moreover the business had plenty of time to find a zipper, which it did not, and I even attempted to locate it from AAFES military clothing exchange to no avail This business wanted me to accept store credit for the uniform shirt, which I rejected due to that, this is my uniform and it required repair or replacement not bargaining for the convenience of the businessThis was all discussed with the business and after delaying for some time, that is when it eventually paid for the uniform shirt and returned the damaged shirt and the "old shirt" which was used to repair another separate damaged uniform shirtNot the one I received with the monetary compensationThat compensation was for returned damaged and flame Rdant uniform shirts, not a repaired shirt and one "old" shirt as described by the business
