COMPLAINT # [redacted] In response to the above compliantOn February 6, provided a quote for the cost of repairs, seeattached [redacted] approved the repairs, and requested that RBI respond ASAPThe repair wasscheduled at his request for February 7, 2018.Our quote covered labor, shipping and handling for the in-warranty partsRB! also provides a daylabor and one year parts warranty in this cost.At no time, prior to or during the repair, did [redacted] question the cost [redacted] signed thetechnicians work order and gave his credit card for paymentCopy of signed work order attached.We are sorry that now the repair ís complete, [redacted] feels he was overchargedOur charges are inline with the work performedOur Parts Manager did offer a 10% discount, which RBI is happy to honor.Sincerely,Mary W***, Manager

I am rejecting this response because  R&B are not honest and are overcharging people. I attached my letter to this email and will send a paper copy in the US Mail tomorrow. The information in the R&B response letter is not true. Please read the letter. I want to pay the price according to the information given to me over the phone. R&B should do the right thing and refund some of my money and there should be a record of their dealings on a governmental level and not just bad [redacted] (there are several similar reviews)responses from ripped off customers.Regards,
