Sierra fiduciary services
mr dick {not real name} is a bully with major control issues and the biggest lire,, he's quilty of elder abuse im 72 refuse me money for propane, "things got so bad, I had to take a friend to meeting as a witness to his lies and he lied ten minutes in to the meeting." but he paid out apx. $ 30 grand with out checking, for fraudulent car repair invoices ,the whole time telling me that he went and saw the car and " that the car looks good, was painted and almost finished, when I went to pick up my "nice painted 30 grand car" all I got was a shell of a car in primer, a bunch of used parts and a stack of paid invoices { by sierra fiduciary services }why was I told by mr dick, two weeks prior "that they did a good job on the paint & body work ...Why the need to lie, trying to hide that he hadnt done his job and protected me or my money? The car is in pieces not painted so wasn't a mistake but an out right lie.. He 'sierra fiduciary services ' paid apx $ 30,000 on bogus invoices that had the same work listed multiple times some times on the same invoice with verifying or questioning it... But wouldn't allow me money for propane or travel for fear of me buying a candy bar or a soda pop, so beware he'll lie to your face make empty promises but once he gets control of your money its more likely to be paid out for " his legal advice [personal lawyer ]" he consults with at your expense, but that why you hired him, kinda reminds me of "go see saul" [att. From braking bad} fast jimmey

Review: mr [redacted] is the company manager for sierra fiduciary services and also my va appointed conservator/ beneficiary and monetary payee for both my veteran's pension and social security pension. The difference is: mr [redacted]'s company has been paying my expenses and allotting me an allowance weekly from my va pension, though he's been retaining my ssi pension from me, nor has he used it to pay any of my expenses with it. The social security administration has sent me two letters, informing me that they have elected "sierra fiduciary services" to be my payee representatives for my social security pension benefits, the 1st later sent and dated - january the 17th, of 2014.The 2nd letter was sent on january the 28th, of 2014 and it states, quote un quote verbatib: "social security administration retiremment, survivors, and disability insurance - office of central operations baltimore, maryland 21241-1500 date: january 28th, 2014 claim number: xxx-xx-xxxx a"we have chosen "sierra fiduciary services" to be your representative payee. Your payee will receive your checks each month and will use this money for your needs. Information about your checks:we are sending $5,321.00 to "sierra fiduciary services" for you around february 1st, 2014. If you are deaf of hard of hearing, you may call our tty number, ###-###-####. You can also write or visit any social security office. The office that serves your area is located at:social security ste 1000 825 riverside parkway west sacramento, ca 95605desired settlement: i'd like a new fiduciary & accountant, with morals, standards and of valuable ethics. Not adults such as thus, behaving like gongs, ies and people from the cave wild era. The world has enough foolish ie like these kind of people, menacing society with such stupity, because if we allowed them to continue to behave worse yet than the harm they've already committed, they would destroy eventually society itself. It's just that, many people know though don't have a say to stop it. Bamwedo!

Business

response:

my office manages finances for persons who lack the capacity to manage their own finances. The client whom filed the complaint has been deemed incompetent to manage his financial affairs by the veteran’s administration and the social security administration. My office was appointed as his representative payee for both benefits. My primary duties are to ensure access to food, clothing and shelter and to save monies not used for future needs. Responding to the clients complaint places me in an awkward position as I also have a duty to keep the client’s information confidential.

My office receives a budget pre-determined by the veteran’s administration which I am required to follow unless receiving separate requests from the client. I have attached a copy of the budget and agreement with the veteran’s administration outlining my responsibilities as the client’s fiduciary. It is up to the client to communicate their needs outside of the established budget and my office will assist in using the monies appropriately. The client is upset because my office has been following the budget pre-determined by the veterans administration. However, he has failed to request additional monies outside of the budget.

Consumer

response:

I am rejecting this response because:

what are the rules the social security administration have established for him to follow, like the donkey "god" made capable to speak during the feud of balak & balaam. He mentions va rules, though I have a printed letter from the social security administration, stating: the same fiduciary is to also use the civilian pension benefits and savings for the same uses the va mentions = for personal necessities

business

response:

to whom it may concern,

mr. [redacted] is able to change his social security payee at his convenience. My office has been managing the government benefit out of courtesy to the client. He has the legal right to change his representative payee for social security at any time he wishes.

I have attached the necessary form for mr. [redacted] to elect the person he would like to manage his social security benefit.

Thank you,
