He placed an order for shutters for his entire house. When we ordered the shutters we accidentally put the wrong code in on three of them and the shutters were a half shade off. We agreed to send the shutters back to be repainted and replace...
them for the customer. This process takes about 10 weeks.

After the three arched shutters were received in the incorrect color they were repainted. Several attempts to clean and polish were made by the company to make them look better, however, the finish on them looks really bad. We would like the arched shutters replaced NOT repainted.
