They have avoided coming to repair their crappy sliding glass installation. *** has canceled and rescheduled about ten times. The slider was not installed correctly causing the screen not to open. I have had two other contractors out to look at it and they both told me that the slider was not installed correctly. My tenants are so upset about the crappy work and all the rescheduling. He has even lied to them stating that he was there but there was no answer. This so unprofessional. I told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com if it was not fixed. Now I need to find a real contactor to come and correct the gross sloppy installation.
Hello *** this is *** with Sierra Glass Company I have received your complaint . I would like to resolve this issue . Can I come out on Saturday 9/ 16/17 at 9 am to resolve this issue. Even though the installation was on 4/16 and the problem arose on 6/17 which is over a year 1/2 ago. I also was at your apartment yesterday on 9/11/17 at 4:15 pm as we had agreed and no one answered. I did leave my card.My hours of operation are from 8am to 5 pm unless an emergency .please call *** to confirm Thank you
I am rejecting this response because: I have hired Clovis Glass to come out on Saturday, Sept. 23rd, to reset the slider. My tenants can no longer keep settting up appointments with Sierra Glass since *** keeps canceling and rescheduling. My tenants work two jobs and cannot afford to wait around. I want Sierra Glass to pay the $35 service call fee from Clovis Glass.
