We are well aware of the terms of our lease regarding the condition of the apartment that must be conformed to, upon our vacating of the premises. For this reason, we took great care and time to ensure that the apartment was very clean before we departed. So that we might prove that the apartment was clean, we took 64 photos of every part of the apartment.
