The computer they sent me never worked rightI had issues with it ever since I first got it in May of I called several times to complain about the computer for a couple of months till they finally sent me a flash drive that was suppose to fix it and it never didI called them back and they never even tried to fix the computer so I told them I wasn't paying for a faulty product that I couldn't even use so they turned off the computer on me so I could not even turn it onAfter being totally disgusted at this, I sent the computer back to my gait but they still continued to charge me for it, even though I no longer had it They finally stopped charging me for it starting in the month of June
Then months later, they started billing me again out of the blue in January2016, Februaryand March for a total of $ In summary, they received a total of $for a product that I never got to use and don't have today

I brought this computer in novand started having problems with it in dec.2015.started calling my gait in decthey sent me something called a key to try and fix itthat didn't last longthen I called again janthey said my mouse might be bad and I tried that , it still didn't helpI have called again in feb and marchtried to get them to sent another computer or refund my moneysometimes I called and they wouldn't call back
