Sierra Hearth & Home Closet

On November 19, 2015, Sierra Hearth & Home sent Dan out to fix our propane fireplace. He said he fixed it and charged us $85 for the work. The next day we started having the same problem, i.e.,the fireplace would not stay lit. I called the business and asked that Dan come out again and fix the problem. I did not hear from the business for several weeks, so I called back again. I finally got a call after 3 weeks from Dan in which he stated that he couldn't fix the fireplace. I complained to the manager after which he said he would give us our money back. I called back a few days later to tell them that I did indeed want a refund. After a lengthy time on hold on the phone, the receptionist came back on the line and told me the manager said that we were not going to get our money back after all. I feel like we hired them to fix our problem and they took our money and didn't fix the problem.Product_Or_Service: Gas fireplace repairDesired SettlementI feel like we should get a refund from the company for the full $85.
