Chicago Magazine failed to deliver a subscription as paid for I notified them by email times and they fail to respond I called and got their [redacted] contractor who 1) Refused to provide me a mailing address for Chicago Magazine and 2) Hung up on me without cause The call is recorded I called the Palm Coast, FL vendor and spoke to a supervisor who refused to address my complaint and provided a fictitious address for Chicago Magazine such that their behavior may not be reported

In November I paid for a year subscription for Chicago Magazine I received one issue and have not received any more On 12/27/I called Chicago Magazine and spoke to Michael who said they had changed their delivery policy and I would have to pay extra for mail delivery I said fine because I was not receiving the hand delivery I still did not receive any issue On 2/22/I called again and spoke to Mary Lou who had a record of my previous call and she said they would mail me a copy and restart the delivery I still have not received an issue I would like to like to get the magazine or have my $returned Thank you
