Spoke to MrCorrea and suggested we pick up the living room and make repairs to his satisfaction MrCorrea is agreement with this coarse of action

I spoke to Mr [redacted] and assured we have submitted a request to remove the hard inquiry with the credit reporting entities I advised a letter from the Lacks credit department was mailed them on or around September 14, and should received any day now He was going to wait for the letter to arrive and was satisfied with the outcome

I have spoken to Mr [redacted] and we are going refund to him the 15% ($575)restocking fee he was charged when he did the reselection of his furnitureMr [redacted] is in agreement and satisfied with this solution

I have called and spoken to *** *** and she has agreed we look at the items of concernWe have agreed that she would give us one more opportunity to try to resolve the issues to her satisfaction

I have emailed the Ms*** to assure her we have removed her phone number from any collection call list and she should not receive anymore errant calls from the company. I also asked Ms*** if this solution achieved her desired outcome and to her satisfaction

I have spoken to *** *** and we agreed to she would rather have the sofa repaired and continue waiting for the part. I assured *** ***, *** ***, will be updating the part order with the manufacturer and advise her. At this point she is satisfied with this coarse of action

I have attached all three sales contracts/receiptsOur total spent at Lacks was actually $not $as I had previously estimated

On 11-15-16 O received a phone call from [redacted]- Director of Costumer Service at main office, from Lacks Furniture Store This was in regards to the complaint submitted to Revdex.com . We discussed the situation and agreed to have a repair service made at the prompt time possible as well as to be contacted on a frequent bases of the arrival of the parts for and status of service. , The settlement to this matter has not being met yet and is still open until service is  complete in satisfaction.
