I thought I had some pretty good ideas of what I wanted in the backyard, but Erik from texas green gardens to the next level From the initial consultation to the final design, I very much appreciated his knowledgeable and pragmatic approach to the space I wanted to learn and he certainly didn't hold back! His design was much more beautiful and inviting than I could have imagined He was able to break the project into stages to accommodate our schedule and budget and I am very much looking forward to the finished product Highly recommended

I hired Erick *** after he gave me a proposal for work in March The original proposal was for around $24k I gave him a check for half the amount to get startedEverything seemed to go well at first Problems began with he had third-party contractors that he hired to do pieces of the work The first was the electrical box installed on our house for the sprinkler system that Erick installed I returned home to find it hanging by one nail and the electrical wires coming out of the box Had I touched it, the entire box, and the electrical connected to it would have fallen onto the landscape I showed it to a friend that is an electrician and the box installed was also too small for the job I called Erick and he had the electrician come back and do the job correctly Erick emailed me that, “This gentleman is no part of my crew, I just tray to facilitate the expedite way to add a electrical Oulet (sic) .”
Next up was the painting of our 10-slat pergola The painters only painted what could be seen from below I found this out when we put the new roof and the roofers took pictures of the bare wood at the top I called Erick and he had the painters come back and fix the job Unfortunately, they did not use the same color paint and we have to re-paint the entire pergolaErick told me at that time that he’s not responsible for the work that third parties that he hired completeWhen I gave Erick the final check for the work, I asked again about the sprinkler layout He told me that he’d given it to me I said no but I’d look again He did not give it to meIn June, Erick came back to do a one month cleanup He emailed me at that time he would bring a copy of the sprinkler layout drawing He did not show up or contact me the day he was scheduled I emailed him and rescheduled His truck broke down and he was unable to keep that appointment He did not bring the sprinkler layout when he finally showed upJuly: One of the Juniper spruces died due to too much water After several calls and emails, Erick came out and dug the tree up and said that he would re-plant in SeptemberLate September after not hearing from him I emailed as to when he planned on coming Ten days later, I emailed again and he told me that October would be a better timeLate October after not hearing from him I emailed again We agreed on a date the following week When I returned home on November 6th and the Juniper was not there, I emailed Erick Rescheduled againDuring all this time, all of the brush that I contracted Erick to remove had started growing again Erick and his crew did not dig up the brush, instead they cut it to ground level and covered the lawn with mulch I expressed my concern about this to Erick and he told me that he would do a fall clean up for $1,November 10th, Erick did not show up as scheduled I emailed and called him No answer Finally, we rescheduled again I tried to confirm the date and time No answerRescheduled for am on 11/23/ I got home from work and he had not been here I emailed him and proceeded to make dinner In the dead of night, as my husband and I were eating dinner, we noticed headlights at our driveway gate There are no lights so we could not see who was there We expected whomever it was to leave and we were not expecting anyone We saw the headlights begin to move onto our property and we thought someone was pushing our black gate open We called and had the sheriff on the way It was Erick using our gate code to come on our property in the dark of night We were terrified He dropped off the Juniper and could not plant it because of the darkness I scheduled for him to plant it the following weekend He did not show upRescheduled for December He did not show up Finally telling me that he was sick I emailed December 17th and he said he would come the following Saturday We had a death in the family and I rescheduledJanuary Erick scheduled for 1/10/and did not show up I had the Juniper planted by someone elseFebruary Our plants were dying and we could not figure out why We tested the sprinkler system and discovered that out of the stations, only was working All stations were the same area! The rest did not work I emailed Erick again for the contact information for his sprinkler person and again asked for the layout of the system2/22/Erick said the system was under warranty and he would come out and fix it He would call the next day with a time 3/1/I again asked for a date and time I asked him to honor the warranty He came out and the systems wires were coming out and the system was not set up correctly He did fix it and asked why I was so angry I mentioned that he didn’t do as he said with the Juniper He called me a racist, saying that I must think him a Mexican and that is why I was so madMay Early one Saturday morning with no notice the sprinkler man shows up at our gate My husband walked to the gate to find out what he wanted He was there to do work on the system, which we knew nothing about We told him now was not a good time as we were about to leaveAugust I emailed a final request to have the sprinkler layout He said that he’d given it me and that he would charge me $if I wanted another Erick never gave that to me He also accused us of being rude to the man he sent over without our knowledgeI do not recommend hiring this company

Erik and his staff are experienced professionals, willing to take on any outdoor project with expert work at competitive pricesMy garden gate was completed on-time and done with quality and professionalismI would highly recommend Texas Green Gardens for any outside project In fact, I intend to contact them again for a rock/stone project when I'm ready to proceedHighly recommended and thanks for working with me, Erik

I ordered items from the company's website totaling $569.50 on August 5 2013. After a month I asked where the items were and they told me there was a 2 week delay. I asked for a refund which they agreed to and after another two weeks I asked where the refund was. They gave me the same response as as the first time and told me there was a 2 week delay in the product. I explained over and over again about the refund I was promised and they finally offered me another refund which never came. I contact them ever other day about the matter only to get the run around, they ask for my name and address to send a check and say its on the way or tell me the items will be shipped in 2 weeks. I can get nowhere talking to these people they are complete crooks. it has now been 6 months and am still dealing with the same thing, I cant even get a name of the person who I am talking to. The company also operates under the name saffle industries.Product_Or_Service: 10x 80% ar15 lower receiversDesired SettlementI would like a complete refund of $569.50 and any other funds I may be entitled to by law such as interest, I don't want to be that person but in the case of this company I will be.Business Response Hello,My name is [redacted] Owner of Sierra Nevada Arms. I received a complaint in regards to Mr. [redacted]. After reviewing your documents, I show no order for Mr. [redacted] on 8-5-13 with my company. If you have other documentations supporting Mr. Andersons complaint please forward them to me.Please call me anytimeThank you,[redacted]PresidentSierra Nevada Arms3545 Airway Dr #112Reno, NV 89511My personal number is [redacted]

I ordered a 80% lower and never received the product I ordered on 80% lower in 2013 from the company and paid in full. On 10/07/2013 I upgraded my order to include a 1 x Black Cerakote Add-On (CERA-BLACK) = $40.00 coating order number 89. I have never received my product or any response. On March 3 2015 I sent them an email updating my new address and never received a response. I had forgot about the order and just recently remembered when a friend of mine brought it back up. Desired SettlementI would like a refund or the finished product delivered.

I bought four AR-15 80% lower receivers and a jig from Sierra Nevada Arms through rocket hub four years ago and never received the items. Four years ago I purchased four AR-15 lower receivers and a jig set up from this company. The individual states that at numerous times the funding far exceeded what he needed to start his company up and so he could double or even triple his production line by adding more CNC machines. He gave periodic updates letting us know the process was in full swing, AFTA certification of the design, receiving material and machinery to build product, building of the product and testing phases and was supposed to be in full swing and shipping out orders. Then all contact stopped and can no longer get ahold of the individual. I spent $175 with this guy and would like my money back. Desired SettlementI would like my money back.

I paid Sierra Nevada Arms $100.00 USD for (4) "80% complete lower receivers" last April. Delivery was supposed to be within three months. The owner, [redacted], kept pushing the delivery dates out by a month or two. Then, last November, he posted on his business's Facebook account that he would no longer be providing updates on when product would be shipped, as he "didn't have time". Now, it is going on a year later, and still nothing has been delivered. I asked for a refund, and he said he would send me a check for my one hundred dollars back, minus seven dollars for shipping. That's ridiculous, but recovering 93 dollars is better than nothing. Now, sixteen days after he said a check would be sent, nothing has been received.Product_Or_Service: (4) "AR-15 80% LOWER" receivers.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want my money refunded, plus compensation for the time spent writing back and forth and having to escalate this to the Revdex.com. I would accept $150.00 USD as a fair settlement.Business Response (Please re read the terms and conditions you agreed to) Terms and Conditions of Use of Sierra Nevada ArmsAcceptance the Use of Sierra Nevada Arms Terms and ConditionsYour access to and use of Sierra Nevada Arms is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. I most certainly did NOT agree to those terms. These terms were only put in place well AFTER the initial campaign was funded. When I invested, this was still in the [redacted] phase, and the business website was not yet in place; nor were the "terms and conditions I agreed to". Please note the lack of those terms and conditions on the initial project page: http://www.rockethub.com/24272 Revdex.com personnel: please also note the comments on the [redacted] page where multiple people are complaining about being scammed by this same business. Additionally, per the [redacted] website, the domain name "sierranevadaarms.com" wasn't even registered until three days AFTER I'd paid this business. My transaction date was 4/25/2013; the website was created 4/28/2013. Feel free to look the same information up yourself, as it's available for free via the internet.Domain Name: SIERRANEVADAARMS.COMRegistry Domain ID: 1797362641_DOMAIN_COM-VRSNRegistrar WHOIS Server: [redacted]Registrar URL: http://www.godaddy.comUpdate Date: 2013-06-10 21:29:37Creation Date: 2013-04-28 13:33:40Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2014-04-28 13:33:40So once again, the business owner is proving out to be a liar, trying to fall back on an agreement that wasn't written until after customers had already purchased their product.Final Business Response If any complaints come from the [redacted]COM website then please contact them. They are not my company. I am delivering everything as promised. This was a crowd funding project and it was expected to take a long time to deliver on their items. Please contact [redacted]if you have any questions about their website's terms and condts.[redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I did contact [redacted]. They already turned the money over to you. Pasted below is the response from [redacted], received on Januray 30, 2014:..."Regarding your request for a refund, [redacted] does not have your funds in hand, and therefore cannot complete a refund directly. Please follow up with the underlying project owner: Sierra Nevada Arms - [email protected] Regards,Anna R."Additionally, per your own description:"Q: How long is the wait for the item?A: As soon as campaign is over, manufacturing will begin. Items will begin to ship within 4-6 weeks. First come- first serve." That was written April of 2013. You claim you're delivering things as promised, yet it's been almost a year since the funding project closed, and you've delivered nothing. Furthermore, you claim you sent my refund check a month ago, less seven dollars for shipping. Were you lying THEN,or are you lying NOW? Revdex.com: Pasted below are two of the responses I received from the business via email over a month ago. This guy is clearly a liar and a thief."From:[email protected] Mar 3No problem on the refund, yours is order 192 out of 7000. Found your order, it was already boxed to ship today. how would you like your refund? [redacted] took you original credit card so I can't refund it that way. I can send a check. Let me know, Thanks."And then "Ok, What address and name on check. The only thing I am going to deduct is the $7 I just pad for shipping. Yours was set to go out today and I already paid and printed out shipping labels."No check was ever sent, obviously. So this guy has lied about both shipping product out, as well as sending my refund, even after he claimed "the check was in the mail".Business Response If [redacted] of [redacted], wants to contact us, we can resolve his problem in hopes to stop his further slandering and un-professional aggressive behavior. 888-767-4108[redacted] was emiled on 2-6-2014."Hello, your order is ready. You can pick it up if you want we are just on the corner of Airway and Longley3545 Airway dr #112Reno, NV 89511"Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It's not slander if it's true. The only thing unprofessional here is a vendor lying to their customers and failing to deliver products. That e-mail was never sent, nor was it received. If the vendor wants to ship the product that was ordered a year ago, I'll accept that as a resolution. The original agreement was that the product would be shipped when it was ready. If the product is indeed ready to ship, I'll expect to receive it within the next three business days. Upon receipt, I'll close my complaint. But for now, it stays open.

I funded this startup on 4/24/2013 in anticipation of receiving four AR15 80% lower receivers. Nothing has been received by anyone as far as I know.On 4/24/2013 I funded this company via a [redacted] campaign ([redacted]). In exchange for funding this startup, we were promised products within 4-6 weeks of when the project was completed (6/5/2013). This company has failed to provide adequate proof that they are actively producing products and its been way past the deadline. The description from their project page:"For a pledge of 100 or more you will receive 4- 7075 billet aluminum lower. The lower is not color finished. This way you can have any custom colors you wish. Not just stuck with black anodized."On 4/24/2013 I contributed $35 dollars (invoice #[redacted]), transaction # [redacted] On 4/25/2013 I contributed an additional $65 to switch from one receiver to 4 receivers (invoice [redacted]), transaction #[redacted]. We keep getting the run-around from this company. I would like to receive my product by 4/24/2014 or I would like to receive a full refund of $100.Desired SettlementIf delivery of product cannot be expected by 4/24/2014 (1 year after funds received), then please refund my money ($100.00).Business Response [redacted]PLEASE RE-READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREED TO[redacted]Terms and Conditions of Use of Sierra Nevada ArmsAcceptance the Use of Sierra Nevada Arms Terms and ConditionsYour access to and use of Sierra Nevada Arms is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. It opens with..."[redacted]PLEASE RE-READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREED TO[redacted]"This is most certainly not true. I did not order from your website directly. I ordered via [redacted] which you could have figured out if you read any of the complaint. Can you just either confirm or deny that the lowers will be made and sent out? I am with a group of buyers that will be seeking legal action soon, but if you can show proof that they are being produced and sent out we can wait a little while longer. The previous attempt at showing proof was VERY sketchy to say the least.Final Business Response If any complaints come from the [redacted] website then please contact them. They are not my company. I am delivering everything as promised. This was a crowd funding project and it was expected to take a long time to deliver on their items. Please contact [redacted] if you have any questions about their website. [redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)No, there was no acceptable resolution proposed. Just to refresh your memory, this is what you stated on the [redacted] page under the Q&A:Q: How long is the wait for the item?A: As soon as campaign is over, manufacturing will begin. Items will begin to ship within 4-6 weeks. First come- first serve.I understand that was an extremely optimistic forecast and have been patient well beyond the 4-6 weeks. If you could just provide proof that you are delivering product it would ease people's fears. As it is now, I can see going through the Revdex.com won't do any good so I'll take a different approach.Business Response Any refunds from the [redacted] project must go thru them. We are not the same company and all credit card info was taken in by them on their website. We were told by [redacted] that no refunds will be issued and we were not allowed to offer any on our project page. We are delivering all products as promised and everyone will receive their orders shortly. Follow us on [redacted]sierranevadaarms for daily updates on shipping. If Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] wants to contact us, we can resolve his problem in hopes to stop his further slandering and un-professional aggressive behavior. [redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)So you felt the need to post my personal information? Can you explain how that is professional or was necessary in the resolution of this matter? I have not been slanderous, unprofessional or aggressive in any way. And for the record, not everyone uses [redacted]. Please post this information on your business website where everyone can check in and see the daily updates on shipping.I'll close this complaint as soon as I get confirmation and see progress being made - products being shipping out to more than a couple [redacted] contributors.

I was promised a product that was never delivered. They collected $230,000.00 in sales and has failed to deliver on 99% of them.Through [redacted], a website designed to help start up companies solicit sales to fund initial Investment with a promise to deliver 80% completed AR15 lowers. Sierra Nevada Arms promised to deliver their products 4 to 8 weeks after their sales campaign ended. 10 and a half months later only a handful of purchasers ever recieved their products. The following is the only information available for most of 2013:[redacted] "We are Sierra Nevada Arms. The purpose of this campaign is to raise capital to acquire additional machining and equipment to outfit our shop located in Northern Nevada. We will start production with milled 80% AR15 lowers. We plan on using our years of engineering experience and expertise of firearms to bring to the public a great product line.By not having a huge overhead we are able to bring to the market a reasonably priced 80% lower. We have found many companies are price gouging and Sierra Nevada Arms feels that's not the American way. We believe offering a 80% lower at a fair price is what sets us apart from others. What We Need & What You Get What We Need: $30,000 USD so that we can purchase additional machinery and materials necessary to take our production to the public. (project is past funding goal. prices are still valid until end of project) * Note; after project ends, production will begin and the lowers/jigs will be sent out first come first serve . Q: What is a 80% AR15 Lower Receiver?A: A 80% AR Lower is a partially manufactured lower receiver. In order to make it into a full lower receiver you need to make certain adjustments to it. Q: Do you give instructions on how to build?A: A set of instructions will be made at end of projectQ: How long is the wait for the item?A: As soon as campaign is over, manufacturing will begin. Items will begin to ship within 4-6 weeks. First come- first serve. Q: How much will shipping and handling cost?A: Included with purchaseQ: What kind of alloy is used?A: 7075-T6 Aluminum will be used in the forging of the receiver. Q: What is necessary to render the 80% lower receiver complete?A: The owner of the lower would need to complete the remaining 20% of the work on their own. The only work necessary to complete your lower is drilling 3 holes and minor milling. An instruction video will be sent to emails of people who funded project. Video will be sent at end of project. Q: Are 80% Lowers legal to buy? Will I have to process my purchase through an FFL holder?A: No FFL is necessary to purchase or receive an 80% lower receiver. Q: What are the specifics of the products currently offered?A: Our entire product will be using 7075 billet aluminum and finished raw to allow the users to anodize it to any color they like. Q: Will your Sierra Nevada Arms logo be in the lowerA: no it is for illustrations. Please feel free to write a message, or give us a callSierra Nevada Arms Reno, [email protected] https://www.facebook.com/sierranevadaarmsFund $100 and more4- 7075 Billet Lower 4- 7075 Billet Lower 4- 7075 Billet Lower For a pledge of 100 or more you will receive 4- 7075 billet aluminum lower. The lower is not color finished. This way you can have any custom colors you wish. Not just stuck with black anodized."[redacted]Now they scratched up a policy that would cost purchasers $75 dollars per unit for restocking fees. This is ridiculous because they know each unit is worth only $25-35 at the time of the original order. They haven't manufactured my parts yet but still want to charge a restocking fee. This is ridiculous. They have lied on numerous occasions stating that they are fulfilling orders in the same of purchases, chronologically. Instead they are only filling commercial orders of 100pcs/$2200, due to the greater legal liability of the monetary value. These commercial orders were not offered by SNA until 500-1000 orders were already taken. Which completely contradicts their claim of fulfilling orders in the order of which they are placed.I do not want to lose my money. It has already been 12 months without any idea from them of when my orders will be completed. I want my money back or my order! I tried to email and call them but they have not responded to anything. Business Response Any refunds from the [redacted] project must go thru them. We are not the same company and all credit card info was taken in by them on their website. We were told by [redacted] that no refunds will be issued and we were not allowed to offer any on our project page. We are delivering all products as promised and everyone will receive their orders shortly. Follow us on facebook.com/sierranevadaarms for daily updates on shipping. If [redacted] of [redacted] wants to contact us, we can resolve his problem in hopes to stop his further slandering and un-professional aggressive behavior. 888-767-4108Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Everything I have ever stated is completely true. [redacted] of Sierra Nevada Arms has not delivered my order, Took hundreds of thousands of dollars from buyers and only delivered a few handful of people and mostly to their website buyers or the large volume buyers, just enough to try to evade legal/criminal action. Based on certain facts I have deduced my opinions. Also trying to intimidate me by placing my name and address on the internet is pretty low and something I would expect from [redacted] of Sierra Nevada Arms. How can Rocket Hub process my refund or for anyone makes no sense. All the money has been transferred to Sierra Nevada Arms since July 2013. Just stating this and attempting to defer my pursuant of a refund from RocketHub is deceiving and something they are well practiced at for 14 months. As a matter of fact, most of their promises and updates have been proven to be lies. Ie. their promise with processing orders in the order they were received turns out to be a lie, because they processed all of the 100/pcs orders ahead of at least 400-500 purchasers; the large orders were not offered until late May into June, a full month and a half after they started receiving orders. Now 15 months into the orders and 3 and a half months into their "orders are now being shipped" claim, it appears customers in the first few pages of the earliest buyers from [redacted] are still waiting for their orders. They do not pick-up or answer their phones and do not respond to emails/facebook messages.I just want a refund of all of my $100 or my lowers. Nothing more, nothing less. 14 months is enough time for them to hold onto my money without producing my lowers. The have not even made my lowers yet so I firmly believe I am entitled to a full refund. Their attempt to hide behind their website policy as in their responses earlier is a JOKE! I did not purchase through their website nor was their policy created until 3-4 months later after they took my money, when they created their website store. I never agreed to any of their "terms and agreements" because they were never a part of their [redacted] orders. Also their attempt to steal people's hard earn money by charging a $75 restocking fee for each lower is extortion, when they know full well the sell their lowers for much less ($25 per lower-[redacted], $69 via website). Essentialy once they have your money, you are never getting it back, eventhough they have never even made or manufactured your lowers; YET, they want to charge you more for restocking something they have not even produced yet, and you may now potentially owe more than your order's value since restocking each unit/lower cost more than each lower. I find this incredulous!!!The owner [redacted] of Sierra Nevada Arms took in $230,000. Apparently he and his now ex-wife were involved with other scams from Rochet Hub with their other company BattleBornTactics that also raked in $115,000, that company died and no products were ever delivered see below:[redacted]We're all familiar with Sierra Nevada Arms and its owner, Jerald [redacted] Check out the [redacted] project for [redacted] - another 80% lower project that brought in almost $112,000 and ended in October 2013. Looks to be owned by one [redacted]. Also in Reno, just like SNA. If we check the domain registration for Battleborntactics.com, we find: ( I have deleted some extraneous information) [redacted], the registrant for [redacted], is AKA [redacted]. Could this be any relation to [redacted] of SNA? Nah, couldn't be...... By the way, [redacted] / [redacted] is AKA [redacted]Apparently [redacted] and his wife [redacted] are into this business of creating companies, collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars from hard working people and never delivering on their orders.I will be alerting Nevada's Attorney Generals office. [email protected] The AG's name is [redacted] of Carson city and [redacted] of Reno AG office. Here is an email snippet from [redacted] to another buyer that was cc'd to the AG's office:[redacted]"Unfortunately you will not see you order by that date. You are number order 319 out of 9000. There is about 6 more weeks until yours is up. We are a start up company and things take time. Also the money you donated is already spent and no refunds are given out. We are making every effort in good faith to complete your order. CC: File CC: Reno Revdex.com CC: Washoe County District Attorneys office of [redacted]. " [redacted]By the way, that 6 week estimate in their email response to another buyer has passed 2-3 months ago.So now [redacted] of Sierra Nevada Arms and [redacted], I would like to make my request perfectly clear again, after 14 months of nod delivery of my order; I would like to request a full refund or delivery of my orders immediately!

On 6/4/2013 I helped to fund a [redacted] project and as of today 4/16/2014 it has not been delivered yet.In less than 2 months it will be 1 year from the time I placed an order. Unbelievable that product still has not arrived. I have sent several emails and only 2/3 of them have been returned. Nothing but excuses and no solutions or a refund after it was requested on 01/30/2013. Who doesn't stand by their product in this industry and comply with a refund to an unsatisfied customer. 10 months... 10 months and no product how can you deny a refund? I am a class 07 Manufacturing FFL and took a chance on these guys to see if forming a business relationship would be beneficial. I'm glad I only risked 100.00 on a scam and didn't place an order for 15k as I had contemplated. If you [redacted] Sierra Nevada scam you can see this is a reality for many folks. STAY AWAY DON'T GET SCAMMED Desired SettlementFull refund since if you run a company like this I imagine you product is junk as well.Business Response Any refunds from the [redacted] project must go thru them. We are not the same company and all credit card info was taken in by them on their website. We were told by [redacted] that no refunds will be issued and we were not allowed to offer any on our project page. We are delivering all products as promised. If [redacted] of [redacted], [redacted]wants to contact us we can resolve his problem in hopes to stop his further slandering and un professional aggressive behavior. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)A company that refuses to take care of their customers or stand by their products simply won't stay in business. It is amazing that for nearly a year you wouldn't take the time to respond to any prior contact from me until it's made public. Post up my personal info all you want as you attempt to say that I'm being "unprofessional" which is one word fyi. This will help educate you as well on the term "slander".noun: slander 1. the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. When the statements are true in no way is that slander. All folks need to do is look at your other Revdex.com claims or [redacted] "[redacted] scam, Saffle Industries scam" to see how disappointing this is for so many people. Prime example of a link pasted below. [redacted] You have my name and address so if you stand by your business simply send me a check so the issue can be resolved.

Another person on a long list, that were promised goods for start up money. I am out several hundred dollars, and still no product, not even a phone c2013,to today, payment made through [redacted], AR 80% lowers Desired SettlementI want the product or a refund

I [redacted] purchased product from Sierra Nevada Arms on 9/15/2013 for the amount of $170.85. I have tried to contact this company dozens of times over the past six months with no reply to email or phone messages. This company is a total scam and needs to be shut down and they're web sight closed down before more people are scammed!! Please Help.Product_Or_Service: 80% complete gun parts and jig to finish parts.Order_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: Order [redacted]Desired SettlementI would just like my money returned, that's all.Business Response If any complaints come from the [redacted] website then please contact them. They are not my company. I am delivering everything as promised. Please see my terms and conds if this is from www.sierranevadaarms.com This was a crowd funding project and it was expected to take a long time to deliver on their items. Please contact [redacted] if you have any questions about their website's terms and condts.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)His info. is wrong!! I did not order my products or contribute to a [redacted] project!! I ordered my products from his normal Sierra Nevada Arms web site that said 10 to 12 weeks delivery time. While ordering from Sierra Nevada Arms web site it said nothing about contributing to a project!! There was no indication there was going to be a longer wait time than stated (10 to 12 weeks) on the Sierra Nevada Arms web site. I feel this Saffle industries is running a ponzi scheme. Steeling money from hundreds if not thousands of unsuspecting good people. Final Consumer Response This is a statement in an email I received form [redacted] proving I was not part of a [redacted] project. I Can forward the original email to the Revdex.com if you would like."The reason yours is done before his, is because I was trying to send a mix of the people who paid more than the [redacted] orders out at the same time. If you still wish to threaten me with slandering then you are on your own. I would like to help you and make you happy. Unfortunately a full refund is not going to happen."

No delivery of product and additional upgrades to product that was paid direct to company.Company allowed [redacted] customers to upgrade their orders/crowdfunding from 80% to a 100% AR receiver for FFL transfer for an additional fee paid direct to comany. Also, charged for cerakote coating on the product. All upgrades were paid direct to company. I had four lower receivers upgraded to 100% and two were coated. Desired SettlementI have the email receipt and would like my paid for product or a at least a refund.

I ordered product and haven't gotten it.I ordered a lower from them through the [redacted] financing project for $35. I then upgraded the lower for another $70 and haven't been able to get any contact on the status of my order. Now the web page is down and I have no way of contacting anyone!Desired SettlementI just want a refund of the $105 I've sent them!

Product not received, no refund issued. There's not much to say that others haven't said already, just wanted to add my voice to the choir.Funded his [redacted] project, but never received my lowers (4) or jig (1). Despite his insistence that everything was still coming, its now been 3+ years and I have received nothing.Instead of keeping his promises to his backers, he started selling his lowers on botach.com. He claimed this was to "keep the lights on" and was still fulfilling [redacted] orders. After asking [redacted] about refunds, they responded the money was transferred to this company. When they were asked about it, they said it was [redacted]'s decision. At this point, I know I've lost my money. He will not honor his commitment to send lowers and he will not issue a refund. He wanted the money and then moved on leaving his backers out in the cold.Desired SettlementFull refund. Nothing less.

I sent them money for merchandise and never received.I sent Sierra Nevada $60 through a [redacted] program and I was supposed to receive two products. They never came. I sent multiple emails and had no response.Desired SettlementSend me my products, or refund my money.
