Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We contacted [redacted] via email and requested the inquiry be deleted. We were contacted this morning that they have received our request.

Review: Made a verbal agreement to pay monthly. On their envelope they send out clearly states accuring interest 10% per year. My balance last month was 268 made a 50.00 payment. This month 372.00 with 171.00 interest this month. When I called they Had my social security number on another person name and account. Very unprofessional and miss using personal information that is being leaked.Desired Settlement: Total amount was 300.00 I paid the imaging company 50.00 in june and sierra receivables 50.00 in July. Should only owe 200 not 543.00.

Response:

After reviewing the customer's statement and the notations of the account representative, it appears there could have been a miscommunication. Therefore, we will stand by the verbal agreement made in July 2016 (principal balance $218.16 for account #[redacted]).

Review: Just found out I had an outstanding bill from 2008, I was only notified once of this bill, five years ago.

Was in a car accident in 2008 and received an xray due to injuries. Bill was send to collections, with out my knowledge. Sierra Receivables called me once about the bill. I was dealing with settling this bill and other and it slipped through the cracks. They never called again about the $30.00 bill. Just found out that this was still an issue. It was not on my credit report in 2010 when I bought a house! Called today to pay the $30.00 bill and was forced to pay $44.00. Entire personnel was rude and wouldn't explain why I was only called once in five years about one bill. Also wouldn't tell me why it was just now added to my credit scores. Desired Settlement: I would like the difference from the bill and what I paid refunded due to the fact that had they called back in 2008 I would have paid the $30.00 and been done with it. Also because the office was rude to a customer trying to settle their debts. There are many that never even try.

This will confirm that on July 9th, 2008 Ms. [redacted] was contacted by this office. As is customary, she was given the name of the provider and the balance of the account. She agreed to pay in full by July 20th, 2008. The payment was not received. We are in the process of refunding $17.09 to Ms. [redacted] as she is requesting.

Review: I had a 128$ collection account open since 2013 due to a small medical bill. They had never contacted me a single time about this. I found out just recently because I noticed it was on my credit score on [redacted], so I called the place and I asked if I could pay for a removal. They said that I can pay it, but it will not benefit me in any way because they will not remove it. The lady was very very rude, and basically threatened me with renewing the collections account. Causing it to devastate my credit even further. I offered to pay, they just kept up with threats. There is no reason for me to pay it if it does not benefit me in any way, and if they will continue to damage my credit as much as possible for no reason whatsoever. It's like they've got some sort of personal vendetta against me even though I've done nothing to these people.Desired Settlement: I want to be allowed to pay the bill, in return I want the collections account removed from my credit score. I also want the amount to be the original $128, since they failed to even contact me about this bill a single time. I ONLY learned about it from a credit website. Very unprofessional.

Response:

Mr. [redacted]'s account was assigned on 11/26/2013. Several attempts to contact him were made. On January 30, 2014 Mr. [redacted] called in to our Agency and was advised of the account. It appears he has forgotten the call since so much time has past. In order to resolve this issue, we are willing to accept the principle balance as payment in full and will contact the credit bureaus to delete.

Response:

I was contacted by the collection agency after they had responded to my complaint on the Revdex.com website, and agreed that I could pay off the debt in exchange for it being removed from my record. They told me the process would take a few days and I trust that they will go through with their word. I appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in this matter as it has helped me tremendously, I also appreciate Sierra Receivables giving me a chance in this.

Review: On 1/10/14 I sent a letter to dispute the claim and validate the debt to Sierra Rec. pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1629g Sec. 809 (b) via certified mail to which they responded by saying the debt could not be validated and they would remove the items from my credit report immediately. On 5/17/14 they items had still not been removed from my credit profile, so I sent another letter reminding them to remove the items. They certified mail on this letter was returned to me saying the building was vacant, and since then I have been unable to get ahold of them.Desired Settlement: I would like the items removed from my credit report as promised.

On January 30,2014 an AUD was sent to all credit bureaus advising them to delete #[redacted] & #[redacted]. On June 3, 2014 we contacted Wanda at Experian and Mandy at Equifax and were told both accounts had been deleted in February of 2014. We have been unable to reach Transunion.
