Matthew, I understand the inconvenience of what happens when there is water intrusionI do feel that the repairs were taken care of professionaly and properly in a very timely mannerI personally inspected the unit and found it to be habitable, therefore leaving the choice to move completely in up to youAgain we do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during these last heavy rainsThank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have documentations after you had supposedly inspected it yourself showing that there is still work that need to be done with my walls they were still wet after u had came and visually inspected it. The documentation is from a very well known company called "emergency services" and they have left me with the proof that work needed to still be done and that my walls were still wet and it will result in mold growth inside of my walls that u cannot see unless you open a wall up or use a mold detection device. the decision to move was because my son was getting sick because of the walls. The bathroom has already began to show mold all over the walls and I have proof of that too.

water intrusion and addressed the issues. Water was extracted from your carpets and padding was replaced to ensure no moisture would remain. The walls were checked very thoroughly to make sure there was no discoloration of any kind. We found no evidence at this time to need to treat any further. The tree roots were brought to the attention of management the day of the original call. I am the manager of Sierra Ridge and came out on a Sunday to look at the damage from the roots and called in right away to have our professional tree company come remove the tree's as well as treat the roots to prevent any further growth. The tree's were removed within 5 days of the original call. I feel the issues were addressed in a very timely fashion and handled with professional to ensure that there was no discoloration or need for further repairs. I am rejecting this response because: I was there when you guys came out and did not use any type of device at all to check my walls. With the work that I do as a plumber I know what damages are cause with water so I have had my personal company come out and check after you guys have came out and visually inspected it with no atempt to look inside of the walls. I am absolutely positive there is mold in my bathroom walls and behind the cabinets and underneath bother sinks. When the walls and cabinets are pulled out and inspected I will be satisfied and it took longer than 5 days to remove all of the trees that was requested to be removed. At first two trees were going to be removed and none of them were the correct ones that had the roots growing into my apartment. The tree company had no idea what trees needed to be removed until I had to say some thing. Please refund me my last month's rent and my full deposit. I am not asking for the month that it had happened because I had no where else to go so I had to stay there while my son got sick. Now that I have found a place and have not been living there for the last month. You guys have never offered to relocate or anything to accommodate for these problems.

Review: Mold in my walls is not being taken care of, hole and roots creating the hole are not being taken care of and nothing is being done to fix this problem correctly. All they have done is replaced my pad under my carpet cut away 4 or 5 ft of roots that have been obviously growing in my wall under my carpet if I could please get a call or email I can explain moreDesired Settlement: Refund of my last month's rent and next since it happened right after I had paid rent and for the problems to be fixed correctly and up to code
