To whom it may concern I [redacted] the current property manager here at Sierra Royal was not aware of the current tenant having that issue but I will have my maintenance take care of it today not sure why tenant has not came by to the Leasing office to create a work orderThank you [redacted] ***

Hi [redacted] ***, ? I apologize for my delay in responding back to the emailMy name is [redacted] the new property manager here at Sierra Royal apartmentsRegarding the concern here at Sierra Royal, we are a brand new company who just took over a couple of months ago and we are doing everything in our power to fix all the issues in the property but as you may know when a new company takes over it takes a while to adjust to the new changes and to catch up on many things that need to be doneAs of now we do have a mailbox door that is missing in the mailboxes but it is just one door for an apartment that is vacant, none of the looks are broken or nothing else damagedWe have spoken to the postal service regarding the issue and they have mentioned to us they cannot deliver mail due to just one door missing which the residents mail is being kept at the postal service were they can pick up to avoid any identity theft or anything else in general, we have also contacted the company who sells the mailbox equipment and they mentioned we cannot purchase new mailboxes directly from them that we have to be referred by another company as of yesterday I also spoke to the mail man and he mentioned he would bring a spare door which they may have at the post office just to try to help us till we are able to get a hold of a company who is willing to sell the equipment to us, which it should not be latter than this coming weekWe have taken care of the pool which is in working conditions, and we have also spoke to the waste management company with trash pickup for every other dayThe property is in very well maintained conditions we do have some vacant apartments but its due to rent increases? They still have
not provided a copy of our leaseWe spoke to the previous management company and they stated that Catalyst should have it So, even though they supposedly don't have a copy of our lease, they have a right to charge what they want I guessWe will be submitting our day notice to vacate soon anyways
