Sierra School & Sports Photography

My son [redacted] posed for senior photos at [redacted] high school here in [redacted] several months ago. I ordered four poses on Sierra photographys' web site back in November which totaled just over $227.38 I have not received the photos so I called the phone numbers on their site [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] who explained to me that the photos had been sent to me back in November, but that she would make sure that the photos Were resent. I doubt that the photos were ever sent, I am starting to believe that this company is a scam , I want my sons photos or my money back..please help me get to the bottom of this. I ordered and paid for my daughter's senior photos online in early August 2015. They refuse to send my order. I purchased my daughter's senior pictures online from [redacted] High School from Sierra Photography on August 7,2015. [redacted] High School Seniors 2015High student no:[redacted])Photographers:[redacted] cell([redacted](He still answers this cell) Order number:[redacted] I received email confirmation of the transaction from: Sierra Photography CC: [email protected] Photography2120 Bordeaux StreetCarson City, NV 89701775-461-3900The combined purchase order consists of a pkg called, "The One-Five",a CD containing all of the photographic images that were taken of my daughter that day, glamour re-touches, taxes and the USPS shipping charge. The combined total amount paid is $450.95. I paid with my bank debit card online. The receipt indicated that the order was being processed by: PHOTO CHECKOUT, INC. I expected to receive my order within 14 business days, which did not happen. I began the first of many attempts to contact [redacted] via email on September 4,2015. No reply was sent.I then found his Sierra Photography [redacted] Page and began my attempts to contact him via message. They were answered with [redacted] assuring me that he would look into it. He then asked that I contact him via his cell phone number [redacted]. Since then, I have texted and called repeatedly. He told me a number of things, mostly that he would look into the matter, that he would mail it, that he was out of town, that I would receive the transit tracking number (which never came), that [redacted] destroyed the order and they would send another (which did not happen), that his father died. . . . I got one excuse after another. When I became upset, someone named [redacted] replied to my text, reassuring me that she would look into the matter. She said that the pictures are kept in the database for 5 years, so I should not be afraid that my daughter's pictures were gone. [redacted] and [redacted] reassured and promised that I would receive my order, to no avail.A few days ago, I called and left a message on [redacted] cell phone and it was not pleasant.The next day, I sent a few text messages, which were received and read. I have not gotten a reply since. Although I paid $450.95 for my daughter's pics, I really would rather have what I ordered. She spent 4 very tough years at [redacted] High, most of the time fighting multiple bouts of pneumonia, brochitis, low grade throat infections and sleep apnea since middle school. Because of her physical struggles, her academic life suffered. My daughter worked extremely hard to graduate from high school, so I wanted to send her away to college with her senior pictures as a gift. I wanted to display her photos in my home. I wanted to send her grandparent and relatives pictures. [redacted] and [redacted] crushed those plans. I am $450.95 lighter and no pictures to show. This is very emotional for me. I really need for [redacted] and [redacted] to do the right thing. I think that [redacted] took another photography related position in [redacted] according to [redacted], but he seemed still be willing to communicate until I "lost it" and yelled into his message service. Desired SettlementThis is quite simple:Send my entire order(as ordered)OR, if my daughter's pictures were destroyed, thenReturn my money($450.95). . . .
