Ms [redacted] was mistakenly charged twice for her pre-paid reservation I refunded Ms [redacted] the $that she was over charged on 2/14/when she notified me that she was overcharged Her refund was issued on our system, however it was delayed going back to Ms [redacted] by her bank taking time to process the refund I had a three way call with Ms [redacted] and her bank, where her bank confirmed the that they would take several days to have the refund actually credit back to her account Ms [redacted] was aware the delay was due to her bank taking time to process the refund I am truly sorry Ms [redacted] experienced a billing issue during her stay, we fixed it as soon as we were aware of the mistake Please let me know if there is any documentation you need from me

I am rejecting this response because: they said they refunded the money as soon as they found out which is they found out Saturday and the refund wasnt addressed until Monday or Tuesday. Plus the bank charged me an overdraft fee which I got taken off because I've been such a good customer for over twelve years with Chase Bank. I'm upset because my account was overdrawn for almost an entire week because of their mistakes and to blame my bank for not crediting me back right away is insulting
