Thanks to Sierra Valley, I now have cold, clean, more efficient HVAC. After 5 visits from 5 companies, they were the only ones who listened to what I was needing to accomplish.

As the temperatures are creeping towards 90, dead HVAC in the middle of a global pandemic... a week ago that was me. In these strange times Sierra Valley was the ONLY company who came out for quotes that even remotely attempted (and succeeded at) wearing PPE and practicing social distancing.

Matt was great to work with through the entire quote process. He answered all of my questions. Even the ones I thought to send over later that night. Given my current systems age, lack of prior maintainance, and the costs to repair we decided a replacement was the best course of action. 24 hours later we had signed the deal.

Installation day. Michael and his crew showed up on time. Answered all my continued questions, and got the job done well and on time. All were polite, kept my house clean, and vacuumed their way out.

All said, a fair deal on a great system. Customer service was excellent thanks to all who participated.

Sierra Valley Home Corp came recommended by a coworker. AC and heater replacement was a must this summer. Professional from start to finish. Did a full inspection and then gave us several estimates with different features/units. Not high pressure on sales. Estimate was better and more complete than others we received. Easy, swift scheduling. All employees we had on site were stellar: Francisco, Jarred and my favorite, Mike. Answered all my questions, tolerated grandkids running around, didn't mind a big dog and cat in the house, cleaned up after working. AC unit works fabulous and runs quiet (York). They pulled the permits, set up our SMUD rebate paperwork, provided a tutorial on the thermostat, gave instructions on how to set up our inspection, hauled the new unit in through a tricky backyard- up and over a deck- without damaging any landscaping. Got the old POS out of here. Worked like crazy on very hot days. Big Boss- if you read this, your team was great.

We can't say enough good things about the folks at Sierra Valley Home Corp. We hired them to completely replace our outdated heat pump system with a new air conditioner and gas furnace including all new ductwork after obtaining four bids from local companies. Sierra Valley was the most competitive of all of them in terms of price. Work began July 9th in over 100 degree heat and was up and running the next day, July 10th, without any negative issues, a testament to the efficiency and workmanship demonstrated by the team that did the job. Mike, Jack, Johnathan and Sarah all deserve the credit for a top quality HVAC installation that's performing flawlessly and above our initial expectations.
One of our concerns was the noise level generated from our old condenser unit located just outside our bedroom wall. It would sometimes keep us awake at night or wake us up when running. The new condenser unit is nearly silent even when standing just a few feet away from it.
We were also extremely impressed with Jim M, the salesman that designed and sold us the upgraded Bryant HVAC system. This guy is a professional who really knows his business. He's also a straight shooter that will answer your questions honestly and take the time to explain things. And, We felt zero pressure to make an immediate decision to buy.
