Review: I placed an order on May 11th but have not yet received it. The funds have already been withdrawn from my account. No response to emails or calls.
I placed an order on May 11th, 2013 in the amount of $70.45. No shipping confirmation was received, but the funds were withdrawn from my account on 05/17/13(Debit Card W/D: Debit Card SIERRA VALLEY TRADING XXX-XXXXXXX CA Date 05/17/XX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I emailed them on 05/20/13 and received no response. I emailed them again on 05/23/13 and again got no response. I called them on 05/25/13, left a message and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order. If they are unable to fulfill it immediately, I would like a refund, including the amount paid for shipping.
